This was my second terrific experience at the Maryville AutoZone. Several years ago on the coldest day of the year, my wife's vehicle needed a new battery. The salesman put in a new one under frigid conditions and was actually cheerful about it. Two days ago on one of the hottest days of the year, my vehicle needed a new battery. Cooper gladly went out in 90+ degree temps and installed it for me. It's great to know there are still places like AutoZone that still care about customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at AutoZone. As a female customer, I felt like I was not treated with the same level of respect or professionalism that I should have received. I was actually asked if a “real mechanic” had looked at my vehicle, which I found extremely disrespectful and condescending. I was also trying to have a battery warranty honored, and instead of receiving helpful customer service, I was met with rudeness and resistance. The staff made the process unnecessarily difficult, wasted my time, and showed very little concern for helping resolve the issue. Customers should not have to feel belittled or disrespected simply because they are a woman and may not be a mechanic themselves. I came in expecting basic customer service and professionalism, and unfortunately, I received neither. Very disappointing experience. I will think twice before giving AutoZone my business again.
