If someone had kept waiting customers informed about the expected wait time, I would have stayed. Informed customers are patient customers.
- STSavannah TilfordAug 18, 20261.0I would not recommend coming to this location. I got serviced here yesterday and I paid to get my rear lights replaced. I noticed today that 2 of my lights were not blinking when I turned my turning signal on, my hazard lights, and when I went to break. I took my car back to the location that it was serviced at, and they assured me that my lights worked correctly. I paid for three lights to be replaced and only 1 of them works. When I go to use my turning signal for left and right, only one light blinks for each side and I have four lights total. Meaning, that when I have my signal on, 2 LIGHTS are supposed to blink, NOT 1.. I completely wasted my time going up there to get it fixed today on my lunch break. I now have to go to a different location to get it serviced, but hopefully the correct way this time. I’m pissed. Spent almost $200 just for the damn lights not to work. Customer service was super nice though, they found me another location to service me immediately.
