  I visited Discount Tire to have a leak checked (my tires are covered by certificates). The salesperson told me there was a screw in the tire and said they would take care of it. At checkout they mentioned I should drive five miles for the sensor to reset. I drove seven miles and the TPMS light was still on. When I inspected the tire, the same screw was still there.I could not believe that they would let me drive off the property and put my safety at risk. The negligence could have cause a major incident. I was disappointed that the technician did not properly repair or verify the tire before I left. Please be careful and check your tires before you drive away.

  Had a 8am appointment for first rotate and balance of the tires had bought from them. Explained when made appointment I was on call and couldn’t leave the suv. Arrived to check in with tech and he stated it would be a hour to hour and a half wait before it would be worked on. I stated I’d have to cancel and make another appointment. Started to leave and manger came out said there was a misunderstanding and he was doing the work himself. He did the job in 30mins. Would recommend dealing with him anytime and thank you.

  I really don’t like to leave bad reviews but I am so mad rite now . I took my car to get new wheels on . Waited 2 hours just for them to tell me that they broke 4 studs . They are trying to blame the person that put tires on my car . What I don’t get is why continue to take them off just to keep breaking the studs .????? You broke one you should have stopped and said something to me instead of continuing. I work in hermitage and live in Clarksville. How am I supposed to get home when the guy tells me not to drive far with it ????????? So now I have to figure out how to get home and find someone that won’t charge me an arm and a leg to get it fixed because. Yall don’t want to take responsibility for it … But choose to keep blaming the tire shop that put on my tires months ago . I watched the person put on the tires . I was there and I know he had no issues putting them on. What now ???
