  Being generous with one star. Don’t waste your money at this place. My sister spent a lot of cash buying me 4 tires from this place plus they conned us out of more in the so called extended warranty and they did not honor the extended warranty. They still charged me when I had a screw stuck in my tire. Plus don’t count on them for the rotation and balance for long term as they decline to service tires purchased there. I will not be back as my tires did not need to be replaced yet they still tried to sell me new ones. Never again at this business!!

  Very disappointed today at this Tire Duscounters off Myatt Drive. There General Manager was absolutely lazy and the young guy who plugged my tire never even aired my tire back to its proper pressure. He was too focused on trying to sell me tires. My tires are brand new. I wasted 2 hours here and had to get Jiffy Lube to put air in my tire.

  The guys here are the greatest. I have brought all of my vehicles here for everything. They make you feel like family. Thanks Zack and JT and to all the guts in the shop that do great work.

  We had an amazing experience today miraculous and thought. Our moving truck needed a new part of the tire and we didn’t know what to do or where to go. We were actually on the way to another tire store when I saw your lovely tire store that looks so professional. We got there and I saw Allison in the parking lot. I asked her if they could replace this part and she said that they were closing in one minute, but if they had my part on in stock that they would replace it. They were so accommodating so friendly so helpful efficient everything. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs tire or any other service. They do oil they check for all sorts of things. Their lobby is amazing. They have the coldest of water, amazing coffee, just stellar really. If you had to choose one place to go for tires, I would recommend this place and I’m not even from around here, I’m traveling through and they saved my butt literally. praise God.
