  Have been using Enterprise for years. Very disappointed in the "store manger" as he made sure to let me know he was after refusing to allow me to pick up my rental I had reserved due to not having a major CC. His refusing me to pickup the car has caused a major strain on my plans I had to get a Greyhound ticket and have been on a bus for over 24 hrs because of the negligence of Greyhound now. Never should have happened I literally drove a car from Florida and brought it to them days earlier. Had I known his rude behaviour would of occured and I would be stranded I would of just kept my car for the days I was here. I used my points towards the week rental I reserved hopefully I get those points back. Unacceptable and now I'm still stuck on the Greyhound trip trying to get back to FL for a family emergency. Not acceptable after all the problems I had with my previous reservations.

  Well I was not given the premium suv that I reserved and it needed a oil change. I then had to go to a different store to get the vehicle I reserved and that became problematic at bna. After receiving the premium suv. And was on the road with it it started shaking and eventually broke down. And I was stranded not a good experience this time at all.

  Enterprise Rental Survey Review I rented a vehicle from Enterprise from July 15 through August 17, and I had a very positive experience with this location. On my initial visit, Will, the Branch Manager, was extremely helpful and professional. Even though he was the only person there at the time, he handled everything efficiently and made sure I was taken care of. His customer service and overall performance were excellent. I also want to recognize Charity, who assisted me when I had to return the vehicle because of an issue with it. I know I may have come across a little frustrated during that visit, but Charity remained calm, poised, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire interaction. I truly appreciated her patience, personality, and the way she handled the situation. The customer service at this Enterprise location was outstanding from beginning to end. I would absolutely rent from this location again and would feel confident recommending it to family, friends, or anyone needing a rental vehicle. Will and Charity are both excellent representatives of Enterprise, and I greatly appreciate the service I received. Highly recommended!

  Ive used this location a couple times and normally its a good experience, seemingly only when insurance covers the rental. This last time, I rented a car to go on vacation with. The employees were great and got to us customers swiftly. The problems I had are these: 1-There was a $300 deposit that was required at pickup that I was TOTALLY unaware of. Good thing I had it but it did cut into our vacation fund. 2- when i picked up the rental, NO ONE did a walk around with me. I basically had to record a video myself and document thw damages 3- Upon returning the vehicle, again, no one did a walk around on the vehicle. Just dropped thw keys and go. 4- returned the vehicle on a Thursday and didnt get the deposit or an email receip till the following Wednesday. So for 6 days im hoping and praying that they didnt find a "mystery" damage on the car so they could keep my deposit. I gave 3 stars bc the employees were great, had positive attitudes (even tho there was no air in the building at pick up), they were swift getting a lobby full of customers in and out, and they were very informative in answering all the questions I had. Also, i left some earbuds in the car and the employess made sure to hold them until i came to get them the next day. The rest of the experience was a bit sketchy, to say the least

  Charity and Will are both great people. Each time that I have had to go into the office they are always smiling and treating customer with the upmost respect and kindness. They don’t just make you feel like give me your money and get out they make you feel welcome and sometimes you can’t put no dollar amount on great customer service. I will always choose the Madison location they are truly great people.
