I got my car over the weekend and I am absolutely in love with it 💕. Kyle and Alexa were amazing and so helpful with all my questions, upon getting the car Kyle made us feel like we where just hanging out and talking with friends We where so comfortable and it made the purchase that much better of an experience
Everyone here at this dealership was helpful and welcoming! My car salesman was Phillip. He was amazing and communicative! He was transparent and answered any questions I had. Joe was our finance manager and he was amazing too! 10/10 recommend this location.
The whole process took a couple of hours. However, the salesman, Kyle was very professional. He made feel very comfortable, got me water, answered all my questions, and never once made me feel preasured to do what he wanted me to do. It was all about what I wanted. Kyle took me through all the steps, and in the end found the best fit for my needs and budget. I would go back to this place and recomend it to my family and friends. Again, thanks Kyle !!!

DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE STAY AWAY FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS they don't do any maintenance on the cars, got a 2024 Corolla and you would think it's fully serviced, HELL NO
Around $911 for the belt, wipers, oil change and transmission fluid and another $978 for the sway bar end links and $2193 for front struts and alignment
There was over spray on the windows, tons of scratches that were not buffed out and the car wasn't even detailed, looking at the Carfax doesn't seem like they changed the oil either
Tried to contact them through the website but no one answered
Oh wait that's not all THE STUPID WARRANTY DIDNT COVER A DIME
For me to remove this review ill need the CEO to give me back the $4000 I spent on maintenance for the car but we know that won't happen
So please avoid this place like the plague
Stupid enterprise and "certified ASE mechanics" doesn't care about the maintenance on the vehicles and the salesman knows the cars have issues but sell em as "perfect cars" and expect people to not notice, they are desperate to get rid of these cars and they only care about making a sale, if I was a salesman I would rather quit then sell people cars that might need work
If your wondering what shop I go to it's Christian Brothers at Brentwood TN, at least they actually do the maintenance unlike enterprise

I truly had an amazing experience from start to finish! Kyle went above and beyond to make sure I found a reliable vehicle with monthly payments that actually worked for me. He took his time and made sure I understood everything, especially when it came to the different coverages like GAP, the extended warranty, and all the important details that a lot of people might overlook. I never felt rushed or confused. He made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
Not only that, but he really made sure I was 100% comfortable and confident before I left the lot. He even helped me get my new car fully set up on my phone, which I appreciated more than he probably knows!
The entire staff was so welcoming and friendly, especially the office manager, Trevor. I had my toddler with me during the process, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable too, which meant a lot to me as a mom. That kind of care and patience doesn’t go unnoticed.
Overall, we genuinely enjoyed the entire experience, and I’m beyond happy—overjoyed—with my new vehicle! I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a car to ask for Kyle specifically. 10/10 experience all around!
