  Jarrell is the only reason AutoZone gets a 5 star review out of me. He was so attentive, helpful, a great multi-tasker, & overall amazing energy to have around after days of worrying about getting my car fixed & getting the right parts. He was patient & allowed me to ask questions to gain understanding. Jarrell is amazing & he made my night! It’s giving promotion & raise!

  Stopped in for brakes for my car and jersey helped me out. Went ahead and got wipers and had them changed also! Love the service they give here!!!

  The store at 501 Gallatin pk is convenient for me but I will never shop there again. The manager Nicole is definitely knowledgeable and knows her job but she is UNIMAGINABLY RUDE as if she doesn't want to be there. I try to have an open mind and say to myself, maybe she's just having a bad day. But this was the 3rd and final bad experience I will have with her. I own a small auto repair shop and I hate to leave bad reviews but this one was deserving. I spend too much money there to be treated like crap on multiple occasions.

  Terrible about listed parts being unavailable after online orders confirmation,like I ru. A mobile mechanics service so they've literally cost me customers over this unfulfilled order but showing in stock,,only place I have this issue,,,
