  I have had a lot of work done by Eurobox. Don’t let the name Eurobox fool you. I am a Ford man and they have worked on everything from my ‘86 F-150 to my ‘20 Explorer ST. That’s the one I just took in for an oil change and routine inspection. It was quick service with friendly and reliable staff.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review for Eurobox — Outstanding Service! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Eurobox! While their specialty is imports, especially German cars and Subarus, they work on everything. I have a 2023 Ford Expedition Limited that I purchased from Monster Motors in Alcoa, TN, and my experience with both Monster Motors and Eurobox has been excellent. My first experience with Eurobox was because my steering wheel was vibrating badly above 60 mph. Monster Motors sent me to Eurobox, and they got me in right away while I waited. They balanced all four tires, performed a safety inspection, and checked the brakes. The service was quick, professional, and they completely fixed the vibration. I was extremely pleased! My next concern was that my A/C wasn’t cooling properly. Once again, Andrew, the owner, took care of me personally. Andrew has been the person I’ve dealt with every time I’ve been there, and he is incredibly professional, friendly, and accommodating—especially knowing that I have to wait while my vehicle is being serviced. Andrew had his ASE Certified Technician thoroughly troubleshoot my Expedition, checking the A/C system for functionality and performance. They discovered the system was low on refrigerant, so they added a special dye to help locate the leak. The leak is extremely tiny and, at this point, undetectable. Instead of guessing or trying to sell me something I didn’t need, they had me drive the vehicle for two weeks and then bring it back to recheck it. I did, and the A/C is still cooling great, so the leak remains undetectable. They told me that if the A/C stops cooling properly at any time, I can bring it back and they’ll check it again. Once the leak is located, they will work with my extended warranty company, provide the diagnosis, get approval for the repair, and the repair will be covered under my warranty. That’s honest, professional customer service! Eurobox also has a very comfortable waiting area with complimentary beverages and snacks, and of course, they have the cutest and friendliest little Dachshund to keep you company! 🐶😂 From the technicians to Andrew, the owner, everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about taking care of the customer. Great service, great technicians, great communication, and an amazing owner! If you need automotive service, I highly recommend Eurobox. Whether you drive a German import, Subaru, Ford, or just about anything else, go see Andrew at Eurobox! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely 5 Stars!

  Eurobox is the best shop I have been to hands down. Went to Tennessee for Mvading event and had a surprise leak in my differential on my M3. When I called they immediately said they can help. They were extremely knowledgeable and showed me exactly what was wrong with my car. My only complaint is that they don’t have a shop in Atlanta where I live! Andrew and Mike and the rest of the employees are true car people and I had a great time talking with them at both the shop and the mvading event. Down to earth car guys who just want to get our cars on the road doing what they do best. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
