Driving from Fl to Ohio hauling horses when our truck blew a tire. I called 15 places to find rude employees, nothing in stock or can’t help you answers. Not Paul’s, they were fast to help, understood the urgency of time with horses on the trailer! Jamie not only was fast and efficient he ensured to correct the previous mistakes made to ensure our tire was safe and secure! I cannot say enough good about this place! We are beyond grateful!!

We only needed one tire since the rest are still in great shape and only have 6 thousand miles on them. The lady was not interested in selling us a single tire and tried to upsale us a whole set since it is an awd car. Well that might matter if the tires are completely worn out, but a huge waste of money with 3 remaining good tires. Back to Discount Tire we go. They always take care of us very well.
