  Matt is the manager. Excellent! My service was speedy and so about board I changed my oil checked all my fluids checked my past history make sure there was nothing else I needed put on new windshield wipers for me all very quickly and efficient with a smile! Very kind and wonderful people to work with

  I had an outstanding experience at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Lenoir City today! From the moment I pulled in, everyone was professional, friendly, and worked together like a well-oiled team. A special thank you to Manager Matthew for running such a great operation. It’s obvious he takes pride in his team and customer service. I also want to recognize Elijah, Jackson, and Mark for taking excellent care of my Jeep Wrangler. They were courteous, knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured into anything. The service was fast, thorough, and professional from start to finish. I really appreciated the attention to detail, including checking my vehicle over, topping off fluids where needed, and pointing out items I should simply keep an eye on. It’s refreshing to find a team that genuinely cares about doing quality work and treating customers with respect. This was one of the best oil change experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend the Lenoir City Valvoline location to anyone looking for honest, efficient, and friendly service. Thanks again, Matthew, Elijah, Jackson, and Mark—you all did an excellent job!

  Always have an extremely pleasant experience at this location! Was EXTREMELY quickly in and out! Don't mind if a wait because you will still get in and out quickly. Always are very welcoming! Garrett, I hope i pronounced your name right, and Matt was on it! From the checking in process to leaving Don't mind driving to this location mainly for the customer service and going over things in detail. A lot of places are pushy, the folks here were not push at all!! They got a very great team there and will continue to support these ladies and gentlemen working! Thanks again to the crew! 💪

  Great service, fast, and friendly!😊 I will definitely be going back to them! I’ve never been through a drive-thru oil change before and this one was great! Everyone who helped on my car did well and the manager was nice and checked with me to ask how everything was. This price was the same as my synthetic oil changes at Nissan, but I had a digital coupon that saved me $15 this time from Valvoline’s website. If you’ve never been to this place before you need to go and try it! I’ll go back again to them the next time my oil needs changing!😊

  I brought in a 2025 Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins diesel. I needed an oil change and fuel filter change. I was told they didn’t have the fuel filter but I could bring in one and they would instal it. They took my truck in and proceeded to drain the oil and then informed me they didn’t stock the oil filter either. They then tried to install the new fuel filter I brought and said it was the wrong one and wouldn’t fit. We called the dealership down the street and they said they had both in stock so we proceeded to pay Valvoline for the whole service and said we would come right back with the correct filters. They put new oil in and put the dirty filter back in. We immediately brought back the new filters, waited in line again and they started working on it. Then they told us the fuel filter we had JUST bought directly from the dealership didn’t fit either! They put back on the old filter again and proceeded to put on the new oil filter. The absolute worst part of all of this was that they had to call and get permission to refund the charge for the fuel filter install and that’s when we were informed we would get an email within 48hrs and have to use that to actually get the refund! When the email came, they couldn’t refund back to my credit card, I had to give them my bank info! We have gone to Valvoline for years and never had any issues but the refund policy alone will keep us from EVER coming back. To top it all off, we drove back to the dealership and told them about the fuel filter and they said they were 100% wrong, it was the correct filter and proceeded to do the work for us. Wasted our entire day. Will never come back
