  This location is by far my favorite. Today might be my favorite experience. Pulled right in, no wait and was greeted by Braden. Braden gave exceptional customer service from beginning to end. Way to go Valvoline on hiring this gem!

  Took my car to take 5 back in May... they messed up my drain plug and lost my body clips for my skid plate. I've been to valvoline twice now since and they've been especially helpful. Rose was very thorough with a good attitude which made the frustration from the drain plug problems easier. All of the staff is positive and helpful, would recommend. Brought my own oil and filter because i normally do my own oil changes, just labor was $57, which I thought was a little steep. However, it's a job done right so it's manageable.

  These guys were unreal. An oil change place in another town (not Valvoline) destroyed my oil filter during installation. I lost nearly 2 quarts of oil during trip. Pulled in this Valvoline. The replaced filter and oil and cleaned undercarriage of my truck. Provided unreal service and would not let me pay. 10 stars. And I'll be looking to move my fleet account simply because of these guys.

  Super customer service, nice and didn't leave anything unchecked. Only reason I gave a 9 was there was a car in the bay right in front of me that wouldn't start. So I was delayed a bit until he finally got it started, which he new what it was already. Had nothing to do with the Valvoline Crew. They even apologized several times because I had to wait. I did get some nice wiper blades installed. I'll go back for sure. Thanks BeeBo

  Today was my first time coming in for a service. May I please say I was blown away and regret not coming before today! Everyone was so kind and respectful! The gentleman Aiden , I believe was his name was so on point! He walked me through everything nut never pushed me for anything. He was very thorough. They all were. I was so impressed! I would definitely 10 out of 10 recommended.
