  I went in for a tire rotation and fluids topped off. Matthew , Carrie and Brayden took very good care of me. The experience was very well organized and quickly accomplished. I was politely escorted into the waiting area and back and helped back inside my car. Everyone was very friendly and worked well together.

  Have been coming here for years for oil changes and always receive excellent service! Everyone is friendly and never pushy when I say no to additional services which is much appreciated.

  Matt does a great job here with customer service. A few years ago, we had some issues, but this Valvoline store has improved, and has been great the past 8-10 times we have been here.

  My receipt shows I was charged for services that wasn't done, they didn't check my battery because it's sealed in the trunk but receipt says they did. Says they reset my oil life on my dash, they didn't i did after I left . Last but not least it was 35 dollars higher this time my first visit was 60 an one of the techs said that's the price whether I brought the oil or they supplied it an filter. Just a bit disappointed for sure

  The lenoir city valvoline is the place to go! The guys are helpful and knowledgeable. They are great on prices and informative. They do only what I ask and need done, they don’t try and sell you on extras :)
