It took over an hour to get my oil changed. Lenoir City location. There were 2 people changing oil on 3 bays. I got home and was smelling burning oil. Oil is all over my engine, wiring, and jeep. I contacted customer service to file a report.

Wow. Aiden here provided me with complete compassion and and even was able to find a discount exclusive for me. Gas prices are insane! Valvoline accommodated me so well 🥹 Braiden here as well shows phenomenal care and passion in providing top off's on your fluids all around. I didn't even know they did that. 10/10

Got my oil changed today and been try to do cheaper stuff first to fix the issues I’m having with my vehicle. Garret help me out tremendously and very knowledgeable and told what oil was the best one not just trying to sell me the most expensive one. Also told me to get some Lucas treatment to add with the oil change. Very pleased with the service here. The manager Matthew came over and helped with his knowledge as well. You want good service and knowledge people that don’t just change your oil and send you on your way come to the Lenoir city valvoline.

Jamie and his crew took excellent care of my f150, not only where they professional the price was amazing. I could not but the fluid I needed for the price I paid for them to do. I came by the day before just to get a price it was 10 mins before they closed and Jamie was ready to do it right then and I told him I wouldn't do that to him. Thses guys need a raise

Super bunch of folks. They are very polite and courteous. Sunday morning for reference. Service was flawless, not too fast as to make mistakes but got me in and out in great time. Oil change and a rear differential service. They ordered my air filter for the next time since it’s not a commonly stocked item. ( eco diesel truck ) for reference. They stock the Euro spec oil for the oil change and the filter. Thank You to the Lenoir City Valvoline team. PS they sat down with the elderly woman behind me and explained everything to her. Helped her out and were very attentive to what she needed. Very respectful. Not something you see everyday anymore.
