  I have come to this Valvoline location a few times in the last year to get oil changes and a transmission fluid flush mainly because I just don’t have the time to do it myself anymore. I wanted to thank them for their service. They’re always polite and courteous when I come in and also this last time when I talk to them about the price, they recommended on how to get a coupons so I can get the price down. I appreciate them doing that cause they didn’t have to. Today my wife experienced an issue at a tire store that starts with an F. I’ll let you figure it out, where they were extremely rude to her. I asked her to stop in at Valvoline since they’re going to check the fluid levels on my transmission fluid and I said if you can, can you go ask them to check the air level as well since the F store refused to do it. Thankfully, Valvoline was more than willing to help her out. She let me know they were extremely courteous and polite to her I really appreciate their service. I will be back again. I recommend other people looking for a oil change location to check this one out.

  They tried to install an expensive headlight and ended up breaking it. I was instructed to file a claim which I did at that time at their location before I left. I was contacted by customer care and was told that I will be reimbursed for the damages they caused. A few days later I called back to check the status of my claim. To my surprise, the store manager Brian at 1327 Lebanon location canceled the claim stating that I went to a different Valvoline location and they replaced the headlight for me. That was a lie. I never returned to any Valvoline. I was told by the manager of neighboring unaffiliated parts store that Brian came and asked them about my transactions there. They/He lacks accountability and Valvoline allows it.

  Had an oil change and tire rotation today and Jacob and Brian gave exceptional service. They showed me my filter compared to a new one and recommended I not buy a new one. Very thankful for their honesty and transparency, and the price was very fair. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

  Their team was quick and courteous. My other half had encountered a bucket (like from Home Depot) in the middle of the US231 but wasn’t able avoid it due to oncoming traffic. That knocked the undercarriage shield loose and they adjusted that for me as well.

  Terrible experience. A lot of people working but looked like no one knew what to do. I was second in line and waited 35 minutes. I always use my Synthetic 20,000 mile oil. I change it about 6000 miles. Sticker said next oil change 3,000 miles. What a rip off. Been using them for a couple years. My last trip there.
