    We pay for a monthly membership, yet Take 5 has closed every location in our city at the same time. Customers are being charged for a service we cannot use, with no clear communication about when the locations will reopen or how memberships will be handled. I have sent two emails and received no response, and their automated phone system will not even allow me to leave a message. Closing every local location while continuing to hold customers to paid memberships—and then making the company impossible to contact—is completely unacceptable.
