- APAndrew ParkerMay 12, 20261.0Went to purchase gas an food as I do daily from QT 2 lady's was working that morning its 3am they are not busy so I place my order pump my gas an go back in an wait on 6 gravy and biscuits to take home to my kids for breakfast the girl making the food puts the gravy on the bottom an just slapped the biscuit on top so when she went to put them in the oven the biscuits burned an turn hard as rock cause cause it's a convection at oven so when I noticed it I stopped ✋️ her an ask if she was going to put gravy on the top of them cause the first 2 she made was burnt an i ask what the standard procedure was on making biscuit an gravy Because that's not how the picture looks she spoke with a nasty attitude( if I dont like how she's making it I can leave) like I was just gonna leave without my refund or had to take the burnt rock hard biscuits she made then the other girl spoke up an said everyone makes them different. I put gravy on both sides. The top and the bottom. And some people just put Em on the bottom, and then some people just put it all over the top. But there's only one correct way.There's a standard procedure that qt is held to and they are both wronged, every employee should make it exactly the same. That would be like ordering a sausage egg. You will be threathen with an insurance claim for other trucks driving on the scale even tho the pumps aren't full at night. Instead of just asked to move from the no parking area. I get it you have to be extra dramatic, but some of us dont challenge the manager of the place we are parking at for free, and a simple request is enough for us to comply with the property rules of the place you are managing.
