Night of June 25-26 I waited nearly 5 hours for a shower. The line barely moved and there was no visible coordination or update from staff. This is not acceptable service and does not reflect a functioning franchise standard. Management should address staffing and process issues immediately.

I had a very bad experience with paid Prime Parking at Pilot Travel Center #411 in Lebanon, TN. On June 11, 2026, I made and paid for a Prime Parking reservation, reservation #16280425, for June 11–12. I arrived around 10:15 PM with a valid paid reservation and parking tag. All truck parking spaces appeared to be full, including reserved parking. Several marked Prime Parking spaces were blocked with cones. Store employees and the manager refused to provide or enforce my paid reserved parking space and offered only a refund. I explained that a refund was not a solution because I had planned my route and Hours of Service/logbook around having a reserved place to park safely at night. I was told the coned-off Prime Parking spaces were being held for Pilot trucks, even though the spaces were marked Prime Parking and there were no signs saying they were only for Pilot trucks. Later that night, around 2:30 AM, I was awakened and police were called. I showed the officers my paid reservation, invoice, parking tag, and the marked Prime Parking space. Because the property is private, I was told to move or risk being treated as trespassing. Police case #26-040481. After I submitted a formal complaint to Pilot Guest Services, the response came from the General Manager of the same Lebanon, TN location. He offered only a refund of the parking charge, no written apology, and no other compensation. He also said they had only three employees after 10 PM and could not resolve parking issues at that time. In my opinion, this is unacceptable. If Pilot sells paid Prime Parking reservations, the location should have a real procedure to honor them, especially for commercial drivers who rely on reserved parking for safety and Hours of Service compliance. A refund after the fact does not solve the problem when a driver is left without the reserved parking service he paid for.

Reserved parking is still an issue. How are you going to offer me a refund for a spot I reserved? I don't want the refund I want my spot... this is ridiculous. Apparently the staff can't go out after dark to enforce parking. They said when the guys get here they usually do. Now I understand maybe you don't want the women going out there at night (only 3/4 women working oh and one guy but he's the cleaner or something?) but if thats the case have someone dedicated night shift to do it. 10pm to 6am... like really every other Pilot that I've been to except one in the last 5 years enforces their "PRIME PARKING" what's Prime about it if you reserve a spot and then drive 300 plus miles jist to find out you don't have a spot? Ridiculous.

I do my best to follow the rules and get along with everyone. So when I pulled into this pilot and started looking for a spot at 1800hrs I thought no problem finding one that I didnt need to pay for. App said there where 25 spots left in prime parking. I circled the lot for 10 minutes. Every single spoy was taken. I had to pay for a spot and fight a box truck and flatbed, neither had paid, for the one spot I could find that someone just pulled out of. After I slide in and put my blinds up I look out and see 3 trucks parked in the no parking area with a 4th trying to wedge his fat butt right up next to my truck all nice and cozy, still in the no parking area. He eventually left and told the guy next to him that its crap that I play by the rules and they just park where they please. He said he didnt want to pay for a spot and told me, "Don't know what to you brother." Then walked back to his truck. This pilot needs the security guys who walk around and give people the boot or call the cops. That would clean up a big mess around here.
