  BAD SERVICE! I walked in and simply asked if there was a larger vehicle available for an upgrade. Before anyone even looked at what I was currently driving, I was immediately told they had nothing available—absolutely nothing bigger. The entire interaction lasted less than five seconds. No one checked inventory, asked any questions, or made any effort to help. I’ve rented from this company for years and have never experienced such poor customer service. What disappointed me most wasn’t that an upgrade wasn’t available—it was the complete lack of effort and professionalism. I turned around and walked out, and no one even attempted to address my concerns or keep my business. After years of being a loyal customer, I expected far better service than this.

  We were renting a car while our personal vehicle was being repaired, and I have to say every single employee we encountered was polite and helpful. They handled everything for us and they made a stressful situation a little less stressful! Thanks to the guys working for making The entire thing a good experience!
