- ASAndrey SatyukovJun 30, 20261.0I had one of the worst experiences at this Pilot location. I reserved and paid for a parking spot in advance, expecting that my space would actually be available when I arrived around 10:00 PM after a long day of driving. Instead, there were no available parking spaces at all. The most disappointing part was the manager’s Robbie attitude. The manager displayed rude, hostile, and unprofessional behavior throughout our interaction. Rather than trying to help, he initially refused to even print my parking receipt and made it very clear that he wasn’t interested in finding a solution. He repeatedly said that parking reservations were “not his responsibility” and that he wasn’t responsible for the reservation system, even though I was standing inside the truck stop where I had paid for the service. If your company offers paid reserved parking, then someone needs to be accountable when the system fails. Drivers work under strict Hours of Service regulations, and arriving to find that a paid parking space doesn’t exist is completely unacceptable. Poor customer service, no accountability, and a reservation system that cannot be trusted. I will think twice before reserving parking at this location again.

- RRRach RaMay 9, 20261.0I waited two hours for a shower, not because there was a line of people waiting, but because the showers were not being cleaned. I used to look forward to stopping at Pilots, but unfortunately, their trucker friendliness has changed.
