It's funny there were signs on the front that said free battery and alternator testing. I probably will never go there again, terrible customer service.

I could've been turned down but he didn't got that battery changed and was back on the road. Come and find out he was the former store manager of Autozone across the street, Autozone lost a great manager. Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
