    Horrible cheapest made cars is what they use or their fleet, big rental price and no i upgrade in middle . No ergonomic seats, hard as a rock plastic Sears. I was in complete agony trying to sit in car.

    The Lafollette Branch is great. Pick up was fast and easy. Checked in online. Great vehicle. Clean and ran well. Drop off was fast and easy as well.

    The guy working ruined my Memorial Day holiday, refused to rent to me after I had two cards decline due to traveling, I got it straightened out and tried to rent with the same card and he refused. It was Friday at close after a long work week and I decided to come home for the holiday weekend. Told the kids and everything, this place changed all of that…I’ll never use this place. Ever.

    Had to rent a car after mine was totaled on the interstate. Despite the circumstances, really appreciated the kindness, and efficiency of Lauren at the LaFollete office. I had to speak with her several times to clear up some things with insurance, and she was always warm and helpful.

    We were broke down on vacation and needed a vehicle to get around to take of things. They brought our rental out to the repair shop and picked us up. Very nice to work with and made our bad situation a little easier. Thank you. ( manager special is a great deal!!)
