It was a very smooth process and he kept us updated on what was going on and what we needed to do. He went above and beyond to answer our questions and followed through with everything he said he would do. If you’re looking to sell your camper talk to Wade, he’ll be with you each step of the way

  Customer service at this camping world is an absolute joke. Bought my travel camper from Camping World in Kodak, TN. I’ve had nothing but issues with this service department and my camper. My fridge has been out and awaiting parts for 2 months. The fridge has not worked since I purchased it. Every time I call I get the runaround by the service worker Austin Hammer. I’ve emailed, I’ve called, and I even went over there. Still no response or parts. Ridiculous.

  We had an excellent experience at this Camping World location in. Kodak. We worked with Kimberly Barksdale. From the moment we were introduced to Kim she was very energetic, personable, knowledgeable and definitely organized. We shared with her our reason for selling and she was very compassionate towards our situation. The only reason we were selling was due to my husband’s health and we could no longer use our camper. If you need to work with someone who will put you first and get it done, Kimberly is the person you need to seek out. Thanks, Kim for everything!

  This is who ill be contacting next. Recently bought a 2023 camper. Everyone was friendly and all smiles up until the financing was approved. Delivery day came and it was 8 hours late. And there was new damage to the exterior that the moving company noticed and brought to my attention. First night a slide would not extend. 2 days to handle that and hald a dozen calls later. Meanwhile there was a water leak in the washer area that has gone on now for 3 weeks. With numerous calls and more promises it still is not corrected. Ive been told different stories from everyone. One said it had been fixed. Another said it was a different leak that was corrected. Neither of which was true. Promises made to set up a date have came and went. And now it is is almost impossible to get in touch with anyone. So my next call will be up the ladder. I am not at all impressed with the service I have received. Do your homework before choosing camping world

  The process started when my wife and I decided it was time to retire from camping. I contacted the Kodak, TN location to know of interest in CW purchasing our 2023 5th wheel rv. The friendly receptionist promptly got us in touch with Wade Nobles who manages their rv purchasing. Wade asked a few basic questions and promised to call me back with an offer. He called back shortly with a verbal offer and followed that up in an email. We scheduled an appointment for a few days later when we would be in the area. About the offer. I’d done some research before talking with Wade and had a range in mind. When the offer fell within the expected range and with his professional yet approachable style, I was “sold”. As expected, the offer was subject to an inspection. Anyone selling would find it reasonable for the buyer to know of what they are buying. I anticipated something related to the roof such as a clean/seal. That’s good business. We didn’t know of an awning extension issue however. What happened next was a total surprise and very positive. Wade offered to split the repair cost with us! I thought he and CW went above and beyond on the negotiations and we ended up just a few hundred dollars lower than the initial offer. We agreed, signed the transfer papers, and our payment was sent by overnight courier within a couple of days. We greatly appreciate Wade being a person of integrity, transparency, and just plain friendly. I don’t think we could have been better served by anyone other than Wade and Camping World.
