  I had a great experience at Zips Car Wash on Western Ave thanks to Nique! I thought I still had an active membership, but it had actually expired. Nique took the time to look everything up for me, explained everything clearly, and was incredibly patient throughout the whole process. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help really stood out. It’s rare to receive customer service like that these days, and it made a lasting impression. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent hospitality. Thank you, Nique, for making what could have been a frustrating situation such a positive experience!

  Normally I get good service here, but this morning, 6/14/26 the boy directing into the car wash was almost too lazy to even pick up the sprayer.Wand and uh, I didn't do shit for my windshield.

  This is the worst car wash I’ve ever been to by Zip’s!!! I will never go here again. It just looks rundown. The car wash Itself was so so. There was one little station that had the towels and glass cleaner. I tried multiple vacuums and that’s what really irritated me. Some of them don’t even work. But most of them had little to no suction and the people that worked there were not what looked friendly to me so I did not even approach to ask for help. Every other location I’ve been to is very nice. This was just on my way to work and I didn’t go to my usual locations. I will never go back to this location again. The whole vibe there goes run down and cheap. You can just tell it’s not maintained in the same fashion as a lot of their other locations are. I would’ve given it a zero out of five, but I gave it a two out of five because the car wash worked somewhat decently However, it’s not the usual experience I get with them so I was not happy And I would not recommend!!!

  I had an excellent experience at this car wash, and I want to specifically recognize Aidan for going above and beyond to help me. I was struggling to line up my wheels properly when entering the wash, which can be stressful, especially with cars behind you. Aidan immediately noticed and stepped in without hesitation. He guided me in calmly and clearly, making the whole process much easier. What really stood out was his patience and attitude. He never rushed me or made me feel uncomfortable—instead, he stayed positive, professional, and focused on helping me get it right. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience like that. Thanks again, Aidan. You made what could’ve been a stressful situation quick and easy. The car wash is lucky to have you.
