Dan Owens is a great manager of Zips Car Wash at Majestic Grove in Knoxville TN. He is always present and makes sure customers are satisfied with their service. He’s goes above and beyond to make sure every customer leaves with their vehicle shiny and clean. If a customer is unsatisfied he will do what it takes to assure their loyalty. I have been a member of this car wash for years and will not go anywhere else. Tracy is also extremely kind and accommodating!!!

I moved Just off John severe Highway five years ago and at that time this was my go to car wash. I haven’t got a membership. About three years into going to this location, I noticed a decline of clean rags, Empty, chemical bottles, Employee attitudes as well as very poor vacuums. When I say poor vacuums, I mean maybe five out of all the vacuum stations there Barely worked. So I stopped going there into another location, which by the way was almost 8 miles round-trip from where I live. So just the other day, I was desperate and I needed to wash a car quickly so I ran through there and found that it was under new management. Vacuums worked great and I mean all of them. I also noticed that there was plenty of clean rags, and all the wash cleaning bottles were full. It all looked at different around there, including the employee’s attitudes. I talked to the new manager and was very impressed so I am back and considering a membership.

If I could give negative stars I would. They damaged my car took no responsibility. I filed a insurance claim and the staff and manager made it very difficult to do so.

Dan Owens the site manager is a sexist jerk. When I informed that the car wash broke my antenna off he started screaming at me not my husband just the woman. Saying they wouldn't do anything about it. That I could fill out a damage form but nothing would come of it, and then gave me a phone number that immediately drops. Do not trust this car wash.
