- MBMatt BairdJul 1, 20261.0I cannot BELIEVE this place for scamming my grandmother into a $35/month membership when she came to just receive a single wash. She told me they took her card INSIDE for the wash, and came back to hand her the card back instead of swiping through for her at the outside kiosk. Never any communication about joining the membership. This location and the employees should be ashamed of themselves for scamming an elderly woman in order to meet a quota.

When I arrived at zips I was greeted by Isaac with the biggest smile and he was very friendly. Isaac did an amazing job at pre washing my car so It came out spotless and made sure everything went smoothly the whole time. He was the friendliest employee I've met so far. He even offered to help me clean my mats! I look forward to going to clean my car every week and seeing friendly faces at my favorite zips location! Keep up the great work!
