  Be careful and check your bank statements often. My 80 year old mother has been billed for (and paid for) THREE cars every month instead of just one. The three payments were being billed at *different times* over the months, so it was harder to catch the three separate charges, which appears to be very deliberate at this point, instead of accidental. She finally caught it a couple of months ago and has been fighting for a refund for the fraudulent charges, ever since. They told her that she would have to prove that they had been billing her for the charges, instead of just looking at their own books, finding the mistake and refunding the money. 2 trips to her bank and $164.00 later, she got all of her bank statements, like they told her to do, and now, NOBODY will answer their phone at Zips. Nobody. Not the office manager and not the general manager. Nobody. AND, after canceling all three of the accounts in-person, she has already been billed for one this month. And I am betting that the other two charges will show up too, before the month is over. And this is theft. They are taking my 80 year old mother's money without her permission. If you have another word for it, let me know. I can't think of one. If you do choose to do business with these people, get everything in writing, and check your bank account often. I doubt this is the first time that they have done this, and I bet that it won't be the last. If anyone reading this has had this happen to them too, please contact me. This is wrong and I am not just going to let it go. Nobody deserves to be treated like this.

  Lucretta was great today!! I need something cheap but she also gave me insiders on monthly deals, plans and add ons. She even helped me get the app so I can receive points for my visits!! She made my day a little better today, aside from her job itself. Kindness goes along way, thank you for yours 💜

  Car wash is awful. Car does not come clean, vacuums very weak, they need new tips on the end, they give you spray bottles of water to wipe down the inside with pre damp rags. Employees are very nice but seem like used car salesman the way they try to upsell you on everything. Employees leave 5 star reviews of this place. Note that this is no fault of the employees, it’s the new shoddy owners that want to cut costs to maximize the money in their pocket. Do better.
