  I went to zips carwash (on kingston pike) on Friday afternoon (around 1pm) and overheard the manager calling clearly underage girls, “smoke shows”. I found this absolutely disgusting and unprofessional and makes me not want to come back to this establishment. I believe you guys either need to fix his behavior or fire him.

  Update: They did issue a refund after i posted this review so giving them 3 stars (they did the right thing only after I had to take this extra step). Will continue giving them a chance on quality. @@@@ @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ Customer service is terrible. I added my wife's vehicle to my plan at the same time I created it. I used Google to confirm that there was a location near her office because there is nothing near our home. Perhaps they have a future plan or a closed location that is still on Google, but the location that came back in the search did not exist. Since we had been traveling, it took 10 days before my wife tried to find the location and discovered it did not exist. I called and explained this (and the fact that my wife never washed her vehicle) instead of just canceling her vehicle through the app. The customer service representative said he had to transfer my request for a refund to another department. After 3 days I received an email denying my refund because my request came after their limit of 7 days. They did not consider the circumstances (the fact that there is misleading information about their locations). I get it is partially my fault for signing her up early and not being urgent enough about trying to use/confirm her location earlier. However their inflexibility (and obvious lack of consideration of the total circumstances) is frustrating. Instead of making a small exception and preserving what could have been a long relationship (on my subscription), they chose to alienate me and ensure I don't use them ever again. As far as wash quality, it was ok. Did not get all bird droppings off. The guy who directs you in to the wash sprays their special pre-treatment on. But since he only stands on the left side of you car, the right side gets no . Maybe it is only needed for the front of the vehicle, but then why spray the left side. At least once, there was no other solution applied to the right side before the brushes starting hitting the right side of the vehicle leading to possible scratching.

  Really like this location of Zips. They actually pre-soap the front, sides and back like they are supposed to, unlike some other locations such as Moss Grove. A fellow named Kyle came around as I was cleaning the interior and asked about my experience and to see if I needed anything. That’s great customer service!

  Great experience at Zips on Kingston Pike. Got to meet one of their managers (Kyle). Very professional, and he even offered to power wash my floor mats. That was a bonus because I was planning on doing so at home. I would definitely recommend this establishment. If his boss is reading this: you need to promote or give Kyle a raise!

  After having multiple attempts to fix an issue on my membership Kyle took great care of me. He fixed the issue after so many couldn’t. He also went out of his way and offered to spray my mats down for me. His kindness exceeded my expectations and by far the best experience I’ve had with Zips and I’ve been a member for a while. Thanks Kyle!!!
