  This is our favorite Zips location, always great customer service, clean stalls to clean your car in with everything you need. Kayden is our fav associate there he’s always friendly and easy to deal with. Thank you!

  Sitting the line for about 15 minutes while the kid talk to some girl in front of me never did get my car washed ended up backing out and leaving

  If you don't mind all the scratches the carwash does to your vehicle this is the place to be! Believe me when I say they will take no credit for ANY damage the wash does to your car. Filled out a damage claim with only a email back from them stating it wasn't a fault of theirs. Dont waste your money at this POS carwash. Unless you truly want some scratches or the last carwash in Knoxville. So many carwashes in the area, do not waste your money at this one

  Works to get a basic wash to get most of the dirt off the car. Bought the “premium wash” for $30 and didn’t even get all the suds off the body in many place (pic of just the grill) and tire shine is maybe on half of the tire surfaces.

  It beats my car to death and I stress everytime I go thru. Customer service lots of times won't answer.
