Returned 09/23 & had to choose max life due to the oil still being out, again “Ash” was super serviceable. “Steven” who is the manager, I think, is horrible. Always in a bad mood & has a bad attitude. Had a problem with him pulling in at the last appointment & he threw up his hands and walked off. Not the guy I would have running my shop.

I appreciate the double check system they do for oil filter gaskets, adding fluids, tires, skid plate check, pressure check. Reassuring when they have a system in place to double check what could be chalked up as a simple error. They wiped off the finger prints from my hood and fender after work was done which was a nice thing to see

I ended up the same day coming to your business just to make sure. Steve was the one that checked everything out and said the oil change was done right and I needed a new air filter. He replaced the air filter and checked all my fluids. As he started ringing me up I asked if I could leave a tip and he said that wasn’t allowed. To show my appreciation I wanted to share my experience and express my gratitude towards Steve for his professionalism, knowledge of his job which gave me confidence all was good and his willingness to help though I didn’t get my full service there. I relocated to this area not long ago and hadn’t found where I was gonna go for oil change service but now I have! I look forward to using your location for future services!!!
