I went to different location to get my oil changed and they forgot to put my washer fluid cap back on after refilling it up. Somehow my review for the actual store was sent to the Asheville Hwy location and Dustin called me personally to let me know he had purchased a washer cap for my vehicle (and this wasn’t the location that forgot to cap) long story short, it’s the little things like this that I appreciate and will be a returning customer from here on out. Thanks again to all the friendly employees

The service was excellent, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and professional. They ran into an issue getting my oil filter cap off, but Joey, the manager, went above and beyond—he ordered a new one and personally called me when it came in so I could return the same day to have it installed. I really appreciated the extra effort and how smoothly everything was handled. It’s not often you come across such great service and genuine kindness. Highly recommend!
