I’ve never had to wait and I’m usually in and out in 30 minutes or less, and every tech I’ve had is always friendly and honest. Never felt like anyone has ever tried to sell me anything I didn’t need done. 10/10!
- LLLoganJun 26, 20265.0Serviced by, James, Erin, and Eli this morning. They are quick, check for many different problems, and even show you their process as they work. I only came in for an oil change but they started checking my air filters and wiper fluids without me having to say anything and thats just part of their service. No extra charge. Its quite fascinating that this is the only company ive ever seen do this. Very fast and reliable service. Will be back everytime I need serviced!

Then a year or so ago, an unpleasant one when a tech broke my glove box and shrugged it off and referred me to corporate. That tech and manager do not appear to be employed here anymore, and the current manager James and tech Charlie were amazing today, went above and beyond, and just restored my faith in this Valvoline. I will certainly be back for my next oil change.

The crew was exceptionally professional in the way they handled the service, including the supervising technician pulling up my car’s make and model on the computer and briefing everyone else involved regarding the technical specifics of the car, including that the engine has two crank case drain plugs, an important detail I had forgotten to mention. At my request, they also checked O2 sensor connections underneath the car for me and provided advice on troubleshooting an idling issue I’m having with the car. They gave me unquestionably one of the most positive automotive service experiences I’ve ever had!

Eli told me information about my battery, and explained everything clearly. Damon took great care in guiding us into the bay, and then he took care of the bottom side of our car, swapping the filter and making sure we were good to roll. Thanks for making my visit quick and easy, everyone was super welcoming, and I appreciate it especially since my visit was during my vacation!
