  I had been taking my VW here for oil changes for years without issue. I always purchased my own oil because I was told they did not carry the specific oil for my car. The last time I took it here, a teenager fresh out of high school poured the oil in before the oil pan had been closed, leaking all of my newly purchased oil out. I was told “it’s okay, we have the same oil”…but they don’t. Never mind that I wasted nearly $100 on oil, 2 weeks later my engine blew up on the interstate, leaving me stranded in Virginia. It cost me $509 to get my car home and it was a total loss. I’d sue if I could prove they put the wrong oil in my car.

  Everything was done very professionally. My questions were all answered. It was very efficient service, and also communicated well to me everything they were doing.

  The Valvoline experience is, by far, the best and easiest way to get your oil changed!! Plus, you get to stay in your vehicle while they do the service! They work together to make sure your fluids, battery, and filters are all in good working order and give you recommendations of any concerns they find. Everyone is super nice and very professional!! Thanks to all!!

  First of all the service guy dropped my coolant lid and lost it in my frame work. He went and told the other service guy he dropped my lid . The guy went to Auto zone to get me a new lid , but they didn’t have one. They called O’Reillys they had one so the manager went and picked the new coolant lid brought it back after waiting an hour. The service guy was putting the oil in my suv when it came out and sprayed all over my engine and the windshield . I will never go there again. I called and made a complaint July 15 sent in an email with photos. They never got back to me , so I called the customer service number again the lady contacted the service dept he manager came on the phone and said the watched the version and the footage seen him put a rag over when he was filling it up which never happened. They are liars and I will never go there again.
