  Dropped off for a tire rotate & balance due to a slight vibration, a weight may have came off? Nice, employee #1, added an oil change. I had to call them to see if it was done in morning. It was. He stated they had to jump it because the battery was dead this morning. Went back to pick up first thing, on way to work. I immediately noticed my tires were not rotated, (low front tire still was low) but they said "oil was changed!" not even sure about that at this point. The nice, helpful employee #2 was great and immediately pulled it in to do tires. Luckily I glanced thru shop window, saw guy #3 remove tire and roll it to back to re-install, withOUT balance!?! Mentioned it, "right on it" from friendly employee #4. Called into work, not making it anytime soon. I tried to prevent losing hours by dropping off late and pick up on way in next day. Noone cares. Do I qualify for their employee discount? It seems I am the QC at this place! I should have asked the price before oil was changed. This was the first and LAST time I pay $140 for a 6 qt synthetic OC. (Even w/inflation and oil prices, it is usually around $75). Still not even sure it actually happened. Most importantly, my truck had an unmistakable, unbearable, Sulphur smell that the nice employees #2, #4 and I discussed as being the battery, or more likely catalytic converter, asked them to check. They hooked up battery and said it was like 3 volts or whatever low, and the new alternator I had put on probably was damaged. That was diagnosis...but bad alternators do not emit Sulphur, bad batteries do, according to Ai inquiry I made later. He went into detail about catalytic converter and ways to fix it, etc. Helpful guy #4, even called with a $3700+ estimate after I left. When I finally got out of there, thank God (#1!) that I went straight to the shop that did my alternator 2 weeks ago. I let them know I was coming and the sulfer and jump start issues. They immediately lifted the hood to test the battery, but couldn't - due to leaking battery acid and smoke coming out of THE BATTERY! How was even the SMELL not noticed as coming from the engine vs. underside at TD?! Wouldn't the jump start have been an additional clue to a mechanic that the battery had issues? They had to let it cool before removing it as it was very unstable, possibilities included that it explode. I thank God that today was a school day and my son was not in the truck with me, he would have been sitting on that side of the cab. Overall, this place was totally unprofessional, displayed multiple administrative and technically-inept decisions, and missed very dangerous clues while trouble shooting something that I later easily found with Ai. (Consider implementing Ai inquiries for unique diagnosis' or 2nd opinions?!) The friendly employees would be better suited in customer service positions desperately needed everywhere until trained better. I cannot take this business as a serious, competent automobile mechanic/service option. This franchise should stick to tires until they get the TIRE part correct, then MAYBE add on other services...TO KEEP CUSTOMERS SAFE.

  I went in for a patch on my tire, I was late getting there, but they were so accommodating and efficient. I’ll definitely be back when I need new tires.

  I’ve had tire service here twice and the experience has always been excellent. I took a flat tire here and it was fixed within the hour, and for free because I’d gotten the tire through Tire Discounters. Great customer service, highly recommended!

  I pulled into a Tire Discounters at 4:30PM for a tire repair/replacement... The location did not look too busy, but, I have never worked in car repair, so what do I know... Showed the man at the counter the attached picture and was told that they would not be able to get to my car today... I drove 40 minutes to another Tire Discounters arriving at 5:10PM... Dewayne Comer didn't think twice... They pulled my car in and, less than 20 minutes later, I was back on the road...
