  Tire discounters on Old Callahan is my preferred store. They are absolutely wonderful. They get services done in a timely manner on top of being informative, professional and personable. Shane and Dewayne are always helpful.

  Shane was amazing! He helped out when I got a nail in my tire super knowledgeable and quick to assist, he made each guest that came in feel like family. Kurtis did a amazing job patching the tire

  Went here because my tire goes flat once a week. I left my vehicle there, when they called me they said they will not take the tire off to look at it because I need a hub and bearing and my vehicle was not safe to drive but if I agreed to have them fix it then they will check the tire.I agreed to have them fix it. They found no reason for the tire to keep loosing air. I paid $500 only to wake up this morning to a FLAT TIRE!!! The staff is friendly though.

  This place treated me with integrity and honestly. I had tires put on in December, service was great and they were able to get the ones I wanted fast. At the time however they could not finish the alignment due to a tie rod on my vehicle not budging. I didn’t have time that day to get a new tie rod put on so I took their quote and left. Fast forward until April, I brought it back asking for a new quote and to finish the work. They did, took my car, and then gave it back to me without charging me because they were able to twist the tie rod and finish the alignment that time. They could have just replaced it and charged me and I would have never known. I’d give this place my business again.

  Low tire indicator on my Subaru Forester led to Tire Discounters in Powell, TN after another tire shop recommended them. A hole in the sidewall necessitated replacement of one tire and low tread on the other three made replacement of all four tires a wise decision. Steve showed me tire options for my vehicle and the tires I wanted were in stock. When the work was completed by DeWayne and his crew, my car had new tires that were mounted, balanced and aligned with new stems. The all-inclusive price provided before tire selection made my choice an informed decision. I was updated as work progressed while I waited in the comfortable waiting area. I very much appreciate the timely way in which I received such great service. I will return for other services as needed. Thanks for your great work to make my car safe again!
