I had just left a competitor where I was suppose to be getting a free tire rotation, where I purchased new tires. I was told that they could not do the rotation unless I bought new lug nuts ($315), because current lug nuts were swollen, and starting to Crack. I asked if they could use a larger lug wrench attachment, and was told they could not do that, and it would void my lifetime rotation. I did end up paying for the oil change since that service was completed, and they gave me $20 off for what the serviceman stated, "for all my troubles." I told the gentleman he was alright taking my money when we bought the new tires, but now they didn't want to honor the lifetime rotation, so I will take my business elsewhere. I decided to drive mot even a mile up the same road to Tire Discounters on Clinton Hwy/Callahan Rd, to see what they would charge for a rotation where I didn't even purchase tires from. Oh by the way, I was at Big O tires for an hour and forty five minutes, for basically an oil change. As I walked into Tire Discounters, I was greeted by Shane, and I asked him how much he would charge for a tire rotation, as I needed it done as we are traveling in two weeks. He politely responds by "I will rotate your tires for free, if you will just give us a good review on social media." I was pleasantly surprised, after a bad experience just a few minutes earlier. I then adked Shane if he would come out to my car and look at the lug nuts. Shane did later, and honestly said they were swollen, but saw no cracks, and said all he had to do is use a larger attachment and he would take care of it. I then said how much were lug nuts at this location, and he said between $6 to $7 a piece. Do the math, but much cheaper than Big O. I was there maybe 20 minutes, as it d didn't even feel that long, because we got to sit in a much more comfortable atmosphere, unlike 2 high top tables, right in the sun at Big O. I had a great experience, and Shane reassured me that we did not need new lug nuts anytime soon and he was being honest, and not trying to get me to spend money we didn't need to spend. Believe me when I tell you my wife was fired up when I told her what happened at Big O, and called there to speak to someone else, other than the salesman I dealt with. They are refunding our oil change, and giving us two free oil changes on top of that. Should of found a way to just take care of me while I was there, as they have lost our business. This is even after they promised to take care of us after continuous bad service at Free Service Tire, who will religiously bought tires from for 15 years. I will shop very soon for tires for my infiniti, at Tire Discounters, and will definitely make sure I buy from Shane. Thank you for a great experience. Brad Beal

The guy that helped me was super nice and funny! They worked quickly, I didn't have to be there very long and got to finish a chapter of my book. I can't remember his first name, but the guy that helped me had the last name Mann, shout out to you my guy! I had to nails in my front tire and they patched it for free. Definitely recommend this place!

Got a flat on a trip, Shane got us in quit and was able to take care of us and was very easy to deal with and happy to go out of his way to make sure we were taken care of! If he isn’t employee of the month, he should be.

Regarding the free alignment and oil change with purchase of 4 tires...
If you use a specific oil, *even if you are told you are only responsible for the extra quart if you bring your own*, you are responsible for all oil you bring/ purchase if you do not use theirs.
Second, double check they can actually do the alignment on your vehicle, otherwise you end up with no free alignment, or a partial one like myself, and wasting time while you're at it. What good is an alignment with new tires if they don't even have the tools to finish it?
