  This is a very good reputable shop but I would recommend dropping your vehicle off for services. Wait times can be very long.

  I had a flat tire and 3 tires in bad shape, they took Care of it for me with in 24 hours and very good prices.

  I've bought tires through this company for two vehicles due to price and supposed included service. Not once have they been near the time they told me work would be done and almost always there are additional charges. I'm done.

  My car was at tire discounters all day for service for an oil leak and I was told they would keep me updated throughout the day. Since I hadn’t heard anything by 3 o’clock, I called to check on my car because I knew they closed at 4 o’clock. Fahad told me they needed to get another part from another store to finish the job. Then asked me if I needed to pick my car up today which had been the initial arrangement. It is my only car and I told him I was absolutely expecting to pick it up today. After driving my car, 2 miles home, my engine smelled hot. When I looked under the hood, oil or some other fluid had sprayed everywhere and the engine was smoking. There was no way to reach anyone because they had closed for the weekend. I don’t think they even drove my car to check their work before returning it to me. So now my car is not driveable because of the serious issue of losing oil possibly creating larger issues. Not only did they have my car all day and do very poor work but now I have to miss work tomorrow to resolve this issue. If this is specialty work, they do not do well, they should not even offer this service.

  I wish I could give it a worse rating. Several bad experiences. Very in considerate of your time. Made an appointment 4 weeks prior to be seen on my scheduled day off from work at 8am for an alignment and rotation. I sat there for 3 1/2 hours and my truck was never even looked at. Every time I asked about an update I was told I was next but they did three different cars before me. Why make appointments if you are not going to stand by that. The previous time that I had the tires installed I called to make an appointment to get new tires installed and I dropped it off at 8am again and it took them 2 days to get my tires installed. I will never be back at that place. The biggest waste of time and money.
