  My first time working with these incredibly kind gentlemen. I needed tires rotated. They were professional, helpful, compassionate and generous with this old lady. 😃

  lies about what they offer you make an appointment and they just do first come first served they dont do the patches they say for tires they also dont do the free things they offer to people will do whatever to make sure you dont get what you are entitled to will never come back to this place again and will tell others to never come to this place or business

  I met a manager and a regional manager. Both were extremely helpful. They were extremely busy during this particular day. Even though it was happening they continued with myself and others thanking them for their patience as they continued to make sure everyone was taken care of. Even though they closed at 6pm they guys in the shop were continuing to work diligently to continue assisting until all customers had been taken care.

  I've been having a weird musty burning type smell come out of my vents, almost every time I use my AC. It started last year and I had it checked at a different location, and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. It came back with a vengeance when I started using my AC again this year, so I took it to this location since I could only go on the weekend and they were the only tire discounters that had an AC certified technician. I've had it here twice now, paid over $500, and in less than a week, the smell is back. The second time I took it, they did replace my cabin filter for free, but obviously that wasn't the issue. At this point, I don't know if I should cut my losses and just take it to an AC specialist, or take it back here again until they can find the issue. Very frustrating.

  Do a drop off if you are going to get any services here, do not wait in the waiting room. I've made appointments twice and neither were reasonably honored (I should have just done a walk-in, as multiple people did that while I waited and they were in and out much quicker). The first appointment time was late morning, I'll give them that one, fair enough, stuff happens, things get behind, etc. After waiting several hours and finally getting my car back (all I needed was a tire patched), I asked how to prevent that in the future and they recommended I book future appointment for opening (8am) if possible. So I did that, booked for 8am for a different vehicle a couple weeks later, got there 10 mins early, and still sat in the waiting room for over 3 hours. I did not have the luxury of dropping off my vehicle and leaving, so I was stuck waiting even though I had an 8am appointment. To their credit, other than the wait time and appointments not seeming to matter, the service was good, everyone was friendly, and I was listened to when talking to them about what was happening with my vehicles, didn't try and upsell me on unnecessary stuff, and prices were reasonable.
