I had a tire that kept losing air and the guys at tire discounters found a piece of metal in the tread, patch the tire, and got me out of there in no time. A special shout out to Alex, the service manager, for just being an all-around nice guy.

We went to Tire Discounters to get a tire with a slow leak repaired. Everyone we encountered was very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond in helping us. Exceptional service. We will be back.

John is extremely unprofessional. I have personally witnessed him talk to the techs like complete trash. I also personally witnessed him screaming at other customers. Do not go here. Beware of the manager, John, as he is a ticking time bomb just waiting to happen.

I first went to another TireDiscounters location, for which I had previously made an appointment and reserved 4 tires. After waiting at that other location past my appointment time, an employee there told me they didn't have my tires and that I would be there for about 5 hours while they waited for the tires to arrive from Nashville. He insisted he had called me last night but I received no calls or voicemail. He wasn't very friendly about it either. I walked out and called the Farragut location. Connor was very helpful, pleasant, and professional. He confirmed they had the tires and that I could head right over. Connor greeted me right away and got my truck right in. He thoroughly explained the costs and what was being done. About 90mins after arriving, my new set of tires were on and alignment done. I definitely will go right to the Farragut location from now on!

I had Tire Discounters install new spark plugs in my 1999 Toyota Tacoma on July 7, 2026. I supplied the parts and paid approximately $222 for the labor. About 10 weeks later, the truck developed an ignition problem. While diagnosing my own vehicle, I removed one of the spark plugs Tire Discounters had installed. I had no reason to expect that I was going to find a problem with their previous work—I was simply troubleshooting a vehicle that I own. The plug I removed had visibly damaged threads. When I tried to install a correct replacement spark plug by hand, it would not even begin threading into the aluminum cylinder head. At that point I stopped immediately. I did not force the plug, run a tap through the head, chase the threads, drill anything, install a thread insert, or otherwise attempt to repair the spark-plug hole. I contacted Tire Discounters and asked them to inspect the situation as a possible workmanship issue. I was initially told that the work was not covered because I supplied the parts. I explained that I was not asking them to warranty a customer-supplied spark plug—I was concerned about the workmanship involved in installing it. I then spoke with the Regional Store Manager. His position was that because I had personally removed the spark plug, Tire Discounters would no longer warranty the work. I was also told, in substance, that because I was the last person to touch it, responsibility for the condition now belonged to me. That is the part of this experience I find most troubling. As a vehicle owner, I don't believe discovering a possible workmanship problem while diagnosing my own vehicle should automatically prevent the company that performed the work from even considering responsibility for it. I did not know what I was going to find when I removed the plug. Once I discovered a problem, I stopped and contacted them before altering the threads in any way. In my experience, their interpretation of the warranty creates an unfortunate situation: if a customer discovers possible damage while inspecting or repairing their own vehicle, the act of discovering that damage can itself become the reason the workmanship claim is denied. I cannot independently prove exactly when the cylinder-head threads were damaged, and I am not claiming as an established fact that Tire Discounters caused the damage. What I can document is that Tire Discounters installed the plug, I paid them to do so, the plug later came out with damaged threads, a correct replacement will no longer thread into the head, and management declined to address the workmanship concern because I had removed the plug myself. I am now having the vehicle transported to an independent mechanic for inspection and repair. My greatest disappointment is not simply that something went wrong mechanically. Mechanical work occasionally has problems. It is how the company responded when I brought a legitimate workmanship concern to them. Based on this experience, I will not use Tire Discounters for engine-related mechanical work again."
