I waited in the area until 12:50 and came back over to check the status. Larry then advised that it would be 3 more hours before they would be able to take it in. I understand being busy or short staffed, but when I asked what the delay was, he replied, “We’ve got a lot of appointments.” Sooo… appointments you knew about when I originally dropped my car and signed paper work? I am unsure why no one called to update me that it would be nearly a 6 hour total wait. Larry was completely unapologetic and showed a great lack of empathy to the situation. Disappointed is an understatement.
