- KSKnox County Schnauzer3 days ago3.0Neither good nor bad. It's a decent place to buy tires, but they will push the tire coverage on you. This place used to be great for oil changes, but the last several times have been disappointing. Long waits (with appointment) and bad upselling. I recently got the upsell on fluid changes. The odd part is that when this happened to me they mentioned that my brake fluid needed to be changed as it likely hadn't ever been changed. I then reminded them that this very location had actually done full brake work with fluid flush and replacement less than a year prior. I mean, you have to check the file before you upsell like that.. Either way, it's made them less competitive as you can get the exact same service at other places for the same or less. Plus, it's usually quicker.

- EDElvira DimievaOct 16, 20265.0These guys saved my day! I came in without an appointment because I had a nail in my tire. They took my car right away and had everything fixed in about 40 minutes. The waiting area was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and polite. I highly recommend this place!
- MJMelody JordakOct 16, 20265.0I contacted Tire Discounters on Kingston Pike recently needing 4 new tires for my vehicle. The price JT gave me seemed fair and alignments are included, so that was a plus. They found some issues with the front undercarriage that hadn’t been noticed before, and went out of their way to make sure it got fixed correctly. Generally they had great communication and flexibility to insure an excellent service experience. The tires are terrific, my vehicle rides great and I’ll definitely give them future business. My thanks to Tire Discounters.
- JCJoe CherryOct 14, 20265.0I took my auto to the store with a slow leak in one of the tires. Larry immediately found a screw in the tire and we took it in and repaired the tire at no cost. I have bought tires from there in the past but not for this car that I had recently traded for. Larry went above and beyond and I will certainly return when I need to replace the tires.
