GM Brad Bean was outstanding. He diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and got me on the road within 35 minutes. I felt like I was getting good, honest work and assessment - with fantastic value and unparalleled service. Hats off to Brad for treating people right and running an excellent shop - I wish I lived in Knoxville, because I could not recommend this place more! Thank you, Brad and Tire Discounters.
