Had warning light in my car for a flat tire. I brought my car in and they got me in right away! Went to lunch and by the time I got back they were already finished with my car! Had a nail in my tire and the workers were so nice, they didn’t have me pay for them plugging my tire!!

Dishonest and poor communication.
I called ahead (twice) and was clearly quoted $129 plus tax for an alignment on my Honda Odyssey. After dropping off the vehicle, they claimed a tie rod wasn’t connected and said the car was undrivable. Our mechanic came out and showed it had been pulled out during their alignment process. They wanted to charge extra to fix it and said it would take an hour—our mechanic fixed it in their parking lot in 10 minutes for free.
When I paid, I confirmed again with the employee (“Bill”) that the total was $129 plus tax. He said yes. They didn’t give me the receipt until after I paid—turns out they charged $160, adding a $16.25 “shop supply fee” that was never disclosed.
When I questioned it, at first they said they didn't know what it was. After further questioning they said it was “industry standard” and refused to remove it.
A higher fee is not the issue—the issue is failing to disclose fees after confirming the total multiple times.
I won’t be returning. If you value honesty and clarity, go somewhere else.

I had a phenomenal experience with them! Fahad Yousif will 100% take care of you. I picked up something in one of my tires and I had a locking lug nut on my wheel that I didn't have the key for. I searched all over Knoxville for a replacement or help with the issue and was unsuccessful. I called and spoke with the team and made an appointment. I arrived for my appointment and was promptly greeted by Fahad who was able to completely resolve my issue in less than 30 min and at an unbelievable price! I cannot recommend them enough
