  Went in to have a single tire replaced yesterday. The guy at the front desk had both headphones in the entire time he talked to me and when he goes out to my car to look at the tires he comes in and recommends that I rotate the tires while I'm there. I agree and he hands me a form to sign and tells me, "This is so you understand we're rotating the tires, just sign here." I sign and proceed to wait almost 2 hours. When he finally comes back he tells us that our alignment is off and asks if we want it fixed so I proceed to ask what the price is so far. I was surprised to hear him tell me it was over $800. When I ask why a single replaced tire and a rotation was 800 he proceeds to tell me that they replaced 3 tires and then throws my signature in my face telling me I signed off on it. We go back and forth for a bit and at that point I'm so upset and ready to leave I just accept the loss on the money get the alignment changed and leave. Now I'm out over $900 and needless to say will probably never return.

  Website showed available tires for my vehicle. Upon call in for appointment the tech stated they did not have them and their lowest price was more than double the website. I was left with no alternative as the tires were necessary. Your website is misleading.

  I have been coming here for a really long time, they’ve mounted drag radials for me and put tires on my work van and everything in between with no issue. Manager is a respectable guy staff seem to be very knowledgeable. I’ve had other shops turn me down with the drag radials due to their inexperience. that was never an issue for these guys

  I went to have my car aligned and buy two new tires. They said it could not be aligned, because it needed additional work, they also said that they did not have the time to make the repairs... but had no problem with putting two new tires that cost $414.48 on it anyway... I contacted my mechanic about the repairs while waiting on them to install the two new tires.

  I was visiting from out of town and your Manager was very helpful to talk through everything with me to make a good economic choice for myself and get the right product for my car. He’s a really good employee for you all. Thank you for taking care of my car for me to get in the road. He reviews other things in my car to make sure I was well informed about when things would be due.
