  I've been getting my vehicles tinted at Sound Factory for years, and they've tinted approximately five of my vehicles. Every single one has turned out flawless. Their work is always top-notch, which is why I keep coming back whenever I get a new vehicle. The reason I'm writing this review, though, is because of how they handled a situation that truly showed their integrity and customer service. I purchased a vehicle over the weekend and dropped it off the next day for window tint. As soon as they began working on it, they noticed significant scratches on two of the windows that appeared to have been caused by the removal of old window stickers. Instead of continuing with the job, they immediately called me and asked me to come down and take a look. At first, I was upset and assumed the damage had happened while they were working on the vehicle. However, when I arrived, it quickly became clear that the scratches were already there. To give me complete peace of mind, they even offered to show me their security camera footage so I could see for myself that the damage was not caused by their team. After working with the dealership to get the windows replaced, Sound Factory went above and beyond by re-tinting the affected windows at no charge. They didn't have to do that, but it speaks volumes about the kind of business they are. The team at Sound Factory is a great group of people who take pride in their work, treat customers honestly, and stand behind what they do. Between the high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service, this is exactly why I continue to trust them with every vehicle I own. Highly recommended!

  Won’t ever go back here again even if it mean’t I could never listen with subs again in my life. So rude I don’t even want to get my system installed anywhere now.

  Drove 12 hours around trip to have my system tuned properly by Mike. Definitely worth the drive would recommend.This place is for all your car Audio needs as well they have many years of knowledge at this place. Thank you, Sound Factory. This plays for answer questions. Take the time to go out and look at the vehicles as a courtesy. Where I'm from everywhere will charge you a diagnostic. Just to talk to you pretty much Brian that works the front very knowledgeable. And helpful willing to answer questions. I watch people come in and out of there which is questions. He takes the time to find out what they need the answers that they need. Just really impressed with the professionalism and the knowledge
