  Scheduling someone for a timeframe of 8am to 1pm locks you into doing nothing until someone decides to show up. And, of course, they will show up at 1245, so your day is pretty much gone. I wonder how Safelite would feel if I paid them anyday from Tuesday to Saturday? The best part is when the technician starts and you have important personal things to do - and you ask for a rough estimate of completion, you get the "I don't know". Wow, for a professional installer, that seems like a amateur answer, right? Surely he would know after doing so many of these? Okay, so I suggest 45 minutes so I can have a scheduled lunch wi my wife. Sure, he says. Then when I get into town 10 minutes later, he is done and wants me to return to pay. Which I promptly did and paid in full - unlike the delay I was exposed to for 3+ hours. But *WAIT* - this is the richest part: When I asked if he could apply a Military Discount (according to their website, they offer 10%) -- he says he ALREADY applied a discount and could not. So, let's do some math: Cost of services: $573.14 His Discount applied: $15.97 NOTE THAT THE MILITARY DISCOUNT SHOULD HAVE BEEN $57.31, but he "couldn't do it" -- yeah sure. And, as you can bet - calling the number on the invoice only gets you to an AI chatbot which doesn't understand "customer support". Ah, such is life.

  This Safelite has a team of honest professionals and easily fixed an issue that the Dodge dealership was going to charge me $1200 for. Special thank you to Robert for giving me an honest assessment and quick repair. This Safelite saved me a a ton of money. I will most certainly be using them in the future.

  Our windshield replacement was very easy to schedule! The technician came to our house and was done very quickly, I assume it was quick I’ve never replaced a windshield. Thank you Safelite for making the whole process so smooth

  Great service by a great technician! Great communication thru scheduling and service process. Tech (Cameron) was a great guy and very informative about what I found to be an interesting process, as I watched a bothers him with questions. Finally, it cost my insurance company half of what the dealer charged for my last replacement, which has to be a good thing.

  BEWARE!! My windshield was hit by a rock and had a small dent the size of a pen hole. Being proactive I didn’t want it to develop a crack so I called Safelite for a silicone repair. The tech came out and scratched out the hole with a metal tool and cracked the windshield. I called safelite to complain and to see what my options were. I paid $189 for the repair and the only option was for them to put that $189 toward the purchase of a new windshield which the final cost of that was around $700 essentially paying $900 ish total. Had I known they would only apply the cost of the repair toward a new windshield I would have never used them. What a shady concept. They can just crack your windshield and sell you a new one. You either enjoy living with the crack or you pony up an additional 700 for a $900 sale. Will never use them again. Don’t let their marketing fool you. Shop local for these services. They actually serve you.
