  The installation person I rate as a 5. The glass installed as a 1. There is a casting defect in the glass immediately below the center of my vision. It is quite distracting when I glance down.

  Had a great experience after shopping around. Best price. Safelite came to me. My technician transferred my oil change reminder sticker to the new windshield, something I forgot to check before service.

  My windshield was shattered by a falling branch while my daughter was driving. Thankfully, I had full coverage insurance and they paid off immediately! I went to the safelite website and was able to set a mobile appointment, but due to weather, had to change to bringing it to the shop to be replaced. The work was completed faster than expected and the quality of work was excellent. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The only negatives were the website kept restarting on my phone each time I left the page to get vehicle information such as the vin and service is not available on Saturdays which is somewhat inconvenient due to my work schedule.

  Had small Crack in windshield. Less than half inch. Was not in corner. Insurance sent safelite out to fix the Crack. Technician claimed it couldn't be fixed yet they billed my insurance for a repair... now that small Crack is running across the entire windshield, all because their tech tried to pull a fast one... now im having to pay a $500 deductible for full windshield replacement when it wasn't necessary to begin with. Ive had work done many times at safelite with no issues. Filled complaint with BBB got a call from safelite corporate making excuses refusing to make this right! Complaints filled with TN state attorneys office and filling a claim in small claims court! I will not be hustled by a bunch of crooks! Criminal charges may be pending against this technician and anyone else involved in this fraud! DO NOT TRUST SAFELITE FOR SMALL CRACK REPAIRS!
