  I had a tree fall on my car and this was so simplistic to schedule and have some come to my location to repair the damages. Earl was the technician that came out help and he was super friendly and answered all my questions. Made life so much easier. Thanks a lot!

  I wasn’t sure what to do when my window was cracked by a rock thrown in traffic. I remembered the commercial and went to the website. The process was simple. The text messages reminding me of the appointment helped step by step. My technician Charles made my experience great from beginning to end. He walked me through the process allowing me to know exactly what to expect. They came to my office so no down time or PTO needed. I wish all services were this simple.

  My technician, Dawson, gets 5 stars, more if I could give them!! Dawson was amazing and highly recommended! The reduction in stars due to trying to be able to have a phone communication with Safelite itself to give instructions the day before appointment since it was at my place of employment. Also, they are more expensive than local businesses. I’m not a fan of corporations and prefer local businesses but had to go with Safelite due to scheduling.

  I do not recommend them my wife just went there and got her windshield replaced on our explorer and now our driver seat has a cut in it and they said it never happened there which is ridiculous. Can't even own up to it, I'm a business owner myself and if I mess up I own up to it and I fix it that's the way it should be. It's hard to find a reputable business anymore or one that fixes their mistakes. Whenever anyone asks me what business they recommend for certain things it's hard for me to tell them anybody because there's so many mixed and bad reviews or bad experiences. You made a mistake plain and simple, fix the mistake and make it right

  Dealing with Safelite was more challenging than it should have been. Their website offers an option for glass replacement without wipers or Rain-X treatment, but the price increased at checkout without explanation. After finally finding the right option, the wipers and Rain-X were added back in anyway. The site also advertises four payments with no interest, but a closer look at the Afterpay information appeared to show that interest could apply. Our original appointment window was 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The technician arrived at 3:28 p.m., decided there was a chance of rain, and cancelled the appointment. When we were rescheduled, there was a $65 upcharge for rescheduling. After we cancelled, Safelite contacted us and offered to send a technician to our home, but the confirmation email said we needed to drop the vehicle off at their shop. The windshield was finally replaced, and the technician who performed the work was very good. My advice is to double-check every detail when dealing with Safelite, because pricing, appointment details, and service options seem subject to change.
