Cleanest u-pull it I've ever been to. $2 gets you entry and they have several computers to search their inventory before you pay. The computer will tell you what they have and where it is by section and row and you can print it out so you don't forget.

Paul and Austin were super helpful, went above and beyond to help me, as did others on the staff. There is no over the phone customer service which proved to be an issue. I would highly recommend this location. I would also highly recommend that they remove their awful automated phone system.

Big thanks to the team at Pull-A-Part, especially to David I believe was his name, who helped me yesterday at closing time. I came in needing a part and wasn’t fully prepared with tools. He got someone to help remove the wheel/tire and showed a level of generosity that really caught me off guard. I was having a rough day and that kind of service is hard to find. I’m truly grateful and won’t forget it.

I have family and friends who love this place but I live in Clinton TN so it's quite a drive from my house but I was in Knoxville searching for certain parts and I looked up pull a part and it was about 10 minutes away and I looked online and saw the area for the parts cars are in good gravel not muddy and nasty and I went on over! The girl who asked me what I wanted instead of hi how are you, I told her I was looking for parts for a Chevy Express van and before I could say anything else she pulled something up and printed out a little piece of paper, handed it to me and said she needed to take my picture, I tried 3 different times to tell her the specific vehicle, which was a 3500 dually, but she repeatedly kept saying we don't know anything about the vehicle just what vehicles are on the lot. She then charged me $2.00, I asked what that was for she said to be able to go onto the lot. I'm handicapped and walking is a challenge at best with a cane and leg brace. I walked all the way to the end of the lot because I repeatedly told her I had never been there and didn't know anything about it. She dismissed me basically and I was trying to ask how to find things. After going all the way to the end of the lot and finally found the row on the paper then I had to go to the very end of that row over half as far as I walked to get to the row, the only 2 vans were not dually or 3500. I returned to the area where I came in, I stood there a minute looking for help and a man I saw I said do you keep your dually vehicles together somewhere because I didn't see one dually, he said oh no we never have any because the day they git on the lot everything goes right then. I said well I wouldn't have had to pay that money and been out there so long in this heat. He said sorry about that as he was walking away!! REALLY???? WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS THAT YOU HAVE SO MANY CUSTOMERS THAT NO ONE MATTERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T EXIST???!?! BECAUSE THAT IS ALL I SAW AND HOW I WAS TREATED AND DISMISSED!! I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER waste a second of my time at this place ever again!!! You don't have enough respect for people or customers to take a second with one or deal with a situation to show you care about them or your business? Didn't even offer to return my $2.00 !!! That's all good though because it's worth that 2 dollars to know I don't need to waste my time or gas there!!!
