  Do not reserve a parking spot bere. They give no receipt, no window tag. Then they beat on Your door. They claim it Pilot policy. According to corporate, it is not.

  I’m a professional truck driver, and this is easily one of the best Pilot locations I’ve stopped at. I highly recommend it, especially for an overnight stop. There is a huge amount of truck parking, and I had no problem finding a place to park. The facility is very complete and has practically everything a professional driver may need while on the road. Coffee and milk were consistently available, the showers were convenient and there was no waiting line during my stay, and the Subway was very good. The location also has a large truck service/repair facility and additional services for professional drivers, which makes it an excellent place to handle several needs in one stop. One feature that really stood out to me was the chapel available for truck drivers in the parking area. It is a thoughtful and unusual amenity that adds something special to this location. Overall, this is a very complete, comfortable and convenient truck stop. Between the abundant parking, food, showers, coffee, driver services and truck-related facilities, it is an excellent place to stop and get proper rest during a long trip. I slept here overnight and had a very good experience. I will definitely stop here again whenever my route takes me through Knoxville. Highly recommended for professional drivers. Five stars!

  Just another crap hole pilot. I paid for a parking spot only to get there and none are available. Manager on duty said I could park anywhere in the lot that doesn’t block traffic, well guess what there isn’t any spot like that. What is the point of reservations if they won’t honor them.

  Being an OTR truck driver, I've been to more Pilot Travel Centers than I could ever count, but this visit was definitely different. 😂 I stopped at this Pilot on Strawberry Plains Pike on a Sunday while I was ON VACATION. I needed to grab my $100 company advance and some gas, so naturally I ended up right back at a truck stop. Here's the funny part: I wasn't in my semi. Man, talk about feeling out of place. 🤣 I'm walking around Pilot looking at the fuel desk, truck parking, professional drivers coming and going, and my brain is basically telling me I'm supposed to be working. Meanwhile, I'm on vacation and driving a regular vehicle like a civilian. 😂 After spending a decade OTR, apparently you can take the trucker out of the truck, but you can't keep the trucker out of Pilot. As for this location, the store was clean and everything went smoothly. I was able to handle what I came in for without any unnecessary hassle. The staff took care of me, I grabbed what I needed, got my gas, and got back to enjoying my vacation. Solid Pilot location and a good experience overall. Just felt weird as hell leaving without climbing back into an 18-wheeler. 😂 Five stars!

  See a review about someone taking another person's reserved parking spot. Yo, why not put signs up with the rolling wheels in them and keep people from taking a spot without paying. Also if someone doesn't pay you really don't have to tell them to move. They ultimately should be towed if they are not paying and take a reserved parking spot. Teach em so you don't loose loyal customers like us. If not then just get rid of reserved parking all together. Put up signage saying that you will be towed without warning if taking these spots without paying. Logic should be key for such a business as yours. Seriously not being rude and seems to me putting logical thoughts out there now days gets people's panties in a wad. Just saying.
