- ABanthony bAug 27, 20261.0⭐️ Very Disappointed With My Experience I made a reservation on Monday for a truck I was supposed to pick up Thursday morning, and I was told the truck would be guaranteed to be there. On Wednesday, the day before pickup, I called to confirm everything. That’s when I was told they were not going to have the truck I had reserved. No one had contacted me beforehand to let me know about the change. I only found out because I called the day before pickup. I was then told they might be able to get a truck for me the next day, but there was no guarantee. I was also told I would have to bring a $2,500 cashier’s check to the location before they would even make another reservation. What made this especially disappointing is that I have an account with Penske and have rented from them many times over the years without any problems. As a returning customer, I expected much better customer service. Based on my conversation with the representative, I did not feel that my business as a returning customer was valued. That was extremely disappointing. I ended up calling a competitor at the last minute, and they were able to fulfill my truck rental needs in less than 24 hours without requiring a $2,500 deposit or a credit card just to make the reservation. Penske, you can do better. If a truck is not going to be available as promised, customers should be notified as soon as possible so they have an opportunity to make other arrangements. Very disappointing experience

The fuel center actually closes at 10 p.m. Enter from hwy 275 to Heiskell Ave. If you go any other way there is a 9 foot tunnel that may prevent you from accessing the location if in a larger vehicle.
