  I was on the road driving from Nashville to Pa. The brake hose on my front passenger wheel collapsed taking my brakes out during rush hour on 40 in Knoxville. These folks were close to where I had to exit so I limped my truck in. They had it diagnosed and repaired in less than two hours with new brakes, rotors, and brake hoses. (I asked for the rotors and both brake hoses)

  Moore 4 Less came highly recommended by friends. Thought I’d give them a try because I have not been able to find a mechanic in town I can trust. Well, I’ve finally found one!! Amy, the receptionist was so helpful and kind, and Jacob solved the problem no one else could! Also, their prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be taking my cars to Moore 4 Less from now on. What a relief to find a service company I can count on!

  This place was recommended to me by my co-worker. My car has been so unpredictable since I got it. For this particular incident, it would start shutting down little by little and I would have to jumpstart it. Eventually have it towed to my home (since it was in the middle of the night). Then towed to Moore 4 Less. They replaced the serpentine belt and belt tensioner. Worked great for about 12 hours… headed to work the next morning… slowly shut itself down. Had it towed back to Moore 4 Less. They found loose bolts (from a previous repair at another shop) and discovered these caused the belt to break.. for the second time. They repaired everything a second time and did not charge me a dime! They were able to cover it under warranty. I know this is a long read, but I felt it very important to send a huge shout out for Moore 4 Less! Very kind, honest, competent, and treated me with respect despite being a female!!! I highly recommend Moore 4 Less!!!

  Won’t take my car anywhere else!! Between the sweet soul that runs the front desk and the hard working mechanics in the back, they deserve everything great in the world! 2 separate times I went to have a specific service done, thinking that it might fix a problem with my newer Atlas. And both times they came out from the back and Kindly told me what I thought I needed wasn’t what I needed at all. They educated me every time, and even refused to complete a service if they didn’t think I needed it. they’re always honest and upfront with their pricing, and just genuine, kind hearted people. they could’ve taken my money and sent me on my way and I still would’ve had the problem, instead they actually look at what I thought was wrong, then pointed out what was actually causing it, gave me new pricing and the opportunity to walk away without feeling bad or like I couldn’t afford it . The lady at the desk even recommended a tire shop that could complete the service I needed when they didn’t offer the service. Not many shops are like this in the game anymore, and I pray nothing but blessings over them.

  I want to start off saying this post is not about the work of this shop. I did not get any work done here. I called Moore 4 Less because I was looking for an independent inspection after having repairs done elsewhere. I asked what to expect from the inspection and whether I would receive any written documentation of the findings. The woman who answered, who identified herself as the owner's wife, Amy, became increasingly rude as I asked clarifying questions. She told me, "This isn't corporate America," regarding a printed inspection report, said she wasn't feeling well, and ultimately told me that if I didn't like the way she was talking to me, I could go somewhere else. I was polite throughout the call and was simply trying to understand what I would be paying for before spending money I don't have to waste. Unfortunately, the interaction left me feeling unwelcome, so I won't be taking my business there.
