  I recently stopped by Free Service Tire on Clinton Highway to have a tire repaired, and I was very impressed with the service I received. Danny and another young man working there were both attentive, professional, and courteous from the moment I arrived. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained exactly what was wrong with the tire, and had it repaired in a very timely manner. The cost was fair, and the overall experience was excellent. It’s refreshing to find people who still take pride in providing great customer service. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tire work or repairs.

  Great guys! Had a flat on the way home and they worked me in and got me taken care of. Seth and the whole team are extremely helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

  Customer service is great, but they are VERY overpriced. They changed all 4 brake pads and rotors and it cost me over $1,100 - and that was after he gave me a "discount". At Advance Auto, the rear pads and rotors are $75 and the front are $65. If I could have waited a couple of weeks for my brother to change them for me, I would have saved a ton of money. Sadly, they have lost my business because I can't afford to overpay by so much money to have work done.

  Offshore call center so you cannot actually contact the store itself. Made a 2:30 appointment for an emergency tire replacement the call center rep said a manager would be contacting me before the appointment because they, “could not get ahold of the service manager,” to answer my questions. No one called. I get there for my confirmed appointment, which was even emailed to me, and it’s closed. Call what was supposed to be the local number to only get a call center again which told me to make sure they were actually closed. I go up and the front door is unlocked but all lights off and no one inside mind you this is during their normal hours of operation listed clearly on their sign. I waited 30 mins thinking maybe it was lunch time? No one showed so I took my business elsewhere. Do not recommend .

  I was amazed at how cheap it was to have my tires rotated/balanced. The front desk manager was very professional. I would recommend this business to my friends/family.
