- JFJustin FiedlerJun 9, 20262.0I had an alignment scheduled at 7:30am one morning, I go in there. No one to be found, wait about 15 minutes. Desk person comes out. Then after I get my car back, steering wheel was still crooked off to the right, so after taking it back there they fixed it but part of the procedure is to lock the steering wheel straight. Only thing I can say is the price was good but I will be going elsewhere for alignments or tires next time.
