  Feels of fraud. Lied to me on the phone. Some call center told me all parts for my vehicle would be in stock and ready. Tried to up sell me on parts not needed told me they were. Then on all repairs recommended came with a mark up between 100-300%. What a rip off. And to make it worse all part are purchased though auto zone so part quality it terrible.

  I made an appt along w the tires i decided on around 1pm ish. Got the text confirmation and received 2 phone calls from David. He seemed confused but confirmed my appointment on both phone calls . Then an hour or two later calls me to tell me he would have to go order the tires and that it would be better for everyone (but me ) if I could reschedule . Mind you none of this was discussed the prior 2 phone calls . Since he did not sound like he knew what he was doing i said just cancel everything . Then proceeds to tell me well i can order it now and its possible it might be here in time but I was just trying to make it easier for everyone (but me ). I wouldve been more understanding if he didnt call me twice prior confirming my appointment and not looking to see if the tires were in stock . I guess i should be happy that he did not wait til I got there to tell me he didnt have my tires . He could have told me what he had as an alternate but did not . I went to Discount Tires and bought 4 brand new tires without any issues .

  I had called the day before for an appointment, but they couldn't find it in their system. They thought it might have been for a different location but they decided to honor the appointment and did get my tire fixed right away. They are fast and accommodating. Highly recommended.

  Came in to FreeService Tire company and David was so helpful and very fast and friendly. Even before I came I talk to him on the phone and he was the nicest. Go to FreeService Tire Company and ask for David. He will not disappoint you. I will be coming here for my tire needs. Thanks David you saved the day!!🙂
