  I came in for air the first day, and David helped me very willingly. He was quick, respectful, and quite knowledgeable just having the small conversation we had together. Came in the next day to replace 2 used tires. Aurora helped me get everything set up. She was very kind, beautiful woman of God, and she was able to finish me up within 10 minutes. Customer service here is perfect! 3rd day came in for the tires. It took a bit longer than I expected, but lugnuts had issues that were also unexpected, so no harm no foul there. Actually helped me increase patience lol! All in all, 5 out of 5! I will come to this establishment for all of my vehicle needs! Thank You all!

  Run away! These guys are always out of sorts. They took my work van for 4 days and didn’t even look at it, told me the wrong thing was wrong with it and they couldn’t even work on it, and then stole headphones from the van.

  My wife had a screw in her tire, Pep Boys said all 4 tires had to be replaced. Took it here, $28 to patch the tire and let's just say it wasn't first time they heard my story. The only place I'll go and have been going for years. Honest and reliable.

  Honestly, I do not like giving these types of reviews. However, I was extremely disappointed in the overall experience I had this time at this, Free Service Tire location. I Had a set appointment at 5:15 for an oil change and tire rotation. There were no other customers in the waiting room, and it took over two hours to complete the service. And, the service manager ended up telling me I did not need my tires rotated because they all were at the same setting… So they were not rotated. I had a coupon for the full synthetic oil change, and because they added a half a more quart they charged me more, and didn’t ask me if that was ok. I showed them a competitors coupon for half the price, and they didn’t even blink to try and match it. They told me the engine air filter was somewhat dirty, but they could shake it off, but it was put in wrong the last time it was checked. This location was the one that put it in so they put it in wrong. Again, just very disappointed In this visit, and I will no longer be going to this Free Service location since I can get my oil changes with full synthetic at half price it Midas Brake company a mile down the road!
