  Quick and efficient service, I’ve had to stop in without an appointment a few times for check engine light coming on or a screw stuck in my tire and they always take care of me right away!

  OUTSTANDING service. David C. was understanding, honest, and more than fair. I get our (wifey and I) tires done here since we moved here. Have always been treated more than fair, David C. went above and beyond and really appreciate it!! Keep on keepin on!!!

  I couldn't possibly be happier with the excellent service I received last week from David. He went out of his way to ensure I got my car looked-at in an extremely fast manner. And then, after doing a quick overview (at my request) he basically didn't charge me anything, stating to me, "I'd feel guilty charging you when I only spent XYZ minutes. OUTSTANDING customer service...the kind that warrants many future visits!

  Great service. They helped me out with a same day appointment in the evening just an hour before they were set to close. Most shops would have said no so I appreciate them going above and beyond to help me out with a tire emergency.

  Gotta give it up to Aurora at Free Service! She took amazing care of me and probably saved my life. There was a thumping in my tire and it turned out to be a massive bolt! I was about to hit the highway for a long stretch and I'm sure my tire would have blown if she hadn't saved me! I arrived 30 minutes before closing and she was the only one working. She took my car right in and had me back in the driver's seat before the door locked at 7pm! I cannot express how grateful I am for this experience. I am out of town traveling and had no where else to go. Aurora really saved the day! Thank you!!!
