  Everyone was so incredibly nice. I had a tire that was leaking air on the 4th of July. They were the only store open and they patched my tire and didn’t charge me for it. I will definitely use them again for my tire needs.

  There are businesses that do good work, and then there are businesses that remind you there are still genuinely good people in the world. On a road trip, we hit road debris and found ourselves limping into Free Service Tire & Auto Center on Kingston Pike just as they were closing on a Friday evening—the exact moment most places are eager to lock the doors and head home. Instead, Pete and the entire team welcomed us with kindness, professionalism, and zero hesitation. Not only did they inspect everything thoroughly, but they made sure our vehicle was genuinely safe before sending us back on the road. At no point did we feel like an inconvenience. We felt like people they truly cared about. That level of service can’t be taught—it’s a reflection of character and culture. Pete and the crew sacrificed their own time at the end of a long week to give complete strangers peace of mind and a safe journey home. That kind of integrity deserves to be recognized. To Pete and everyone at Free Service Tire & Auto Center: thank you. You turned what could have been a stressful and dangerous situation into one we’ll remember for all the right reasons. If you’re anywhere near Knoxville and need honest, capable people who genuinely care, this is the place to go. Five stars isn’t enough.

  Quick and easy! No issues at all! The customer service was incredible, they were very kind and explained what my vehicle needed in detail. They replaced my rear disc brakes and they look great! My car is driving wonderfully and I will be returning for any other issues. Thanks guys!
