I hihgly recommend the Broadway | Highland Free Service location. I recently had my oil changed and my windshield wipers replaced, and I truly appreciated the thorough inspection performed on my vehicle. The team took the time to explain their recommendations without using any high-pressure sales tactics, which made the experience even better. We've trusted Free Service with our vehicles since 2012, and we'll continue to do so as long as they keep providing the exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, and honest, no-pressure approach that has earned our loyalty over the years. Highly recommended!

Made an appointment for 730 got there. No one was there to work on my car did not show up until 830 then because I did not want to get four tires put on my car. The representative just didn’t seem to want to help me anymore.

So I had a rack and pinion replaced underneath my car at a different shock and suspension mechanic that specializes in it But I need an alignment afterwards, so I took it to free service to get an alignment afterwards I showed up at 6:30 and they closed at seven but that’s what time they scheduled me to be there and they said they were gonna try to get it in there but there was not another customer there and nobody in front of me so they immediately was able to bring it back. Then he brought me back there to tell me that he couldn’t do the complete alignment because the control arm was bad on my front right tire so they wasnt able to do a complete alignment just get my steering wheel straight( but they still charged the full 147) and then I got a quote on the control arm and he said $2600 and I asked him if I could just get the one control arm fixed since it was the only one supposedly broke and he said it wasn’t a good idea to do that But I need to do all four. By the way, 2600 for control arms is crazy because even for Mopar control arms don’t even nearly costs that much. But anyway The next morning I take it to an alignment shop and tell them to just completely look over it and see if anything‘s faulty. They give me a print out after the alignment and the front right wheel is completely in the green he was able to completely align it and align all the other ones except the back left which the camber was Out which was fine. They said there was nothing wrong with the control arms and by the way, the manager At free service still charged me the $147 for the barely any alignment they did. By the way he mentioned my tire might not even last one month and it’ll just fall off possibly lol. And I mentioned to two other people and they laughed when they said they couldn’t just do the one control arm because that wasn’t a good idea that they need to do all four.
