It could easily be pried in that one area it didn’t latch. It must have fallen down. I asked them to check and within 7 minutes or less, it was fixed, they’d topped off my ok and fluids. Never tried to upsell or give me a crazy plan to repair. This action earned a customer that will go back!
- ARAlex RiceJun 2, 20261.0Absolutely insane pricing. Was charged $143.99 for an oil change and air filter. I told them not to use high mileage since my engine is new. Still was upcharged $36 for synthetic on top of $29.99 dollar oil charge. Labor fee was fair at $21. Air filter was $37.99. I went to o'reilly's afterwards to price out everything. Could of bought everything for $52.
