Nick is amazing! Service was very professional, quick, and thorough. I scheduled online and went in for an oil change. The entire experience was super easy and accessible. The rest of the crew did an awesome job too, just didn’t happen to catch their names. Thank you Nick and team, you have made a new loyal customer!

I just want to take a second to point out and thank Austin and Donovan for staying after hours and going above and beyond to fix my valve stem. They were fantastic and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I typically go to the one on Kingston pike and they’re great. Fast and friendly. I recently moved to south knox and today I went to this one. It’s only a few mins from my house and we have three vehicles that need continuous service so I was excited about the convenience. Unfortunately I was ran off before I even received services. I pulled into the bay as the car did before me. After a couple of mins a guy comes to my car and he looks upset. I didn’t get his name as I was stunned at what happened next. He was short, skinny, white, glasses and blonde hair I think. He had a hat on so I’m not sure. I’m 5”4 and 130lbs and I was bigger than this kid. He comes over to my car, dramatically claps his hands, and said “OK SO I don’t have this bay open right now you’re not supposed to pull in here. He goes on to lecture me as if I’m a kid who broke the rules. How was I supposed to know I shouldn’t pull in? There’s no sign, no cones. This was an honest mistake and could’ve been handled respectfully. After his lecture he tells me he will direct me out of the bay and I can drive around to the front and park behind some car. He proceeds to do hand motions to direct me out as if I hadn’t just pulled into it with no help. This was weird. Also all I had to do was go straight. Once I was out I left. I went to Reasonable Ron’s and received great service. They actually wanted my business. I don’t know what this guys problem was but I was a customer there to pay for a service and instead I was yelled at and treated like a child.
