  Delivery agent and return agent were both friendly, informed, and helpful. The car was clean and the process exceeded my expectations. Would definitely use this Enterprise again.

  I went to another car rental company who at last minute didn't have anything available and I was on a time crunch. Enterprise was readily available and immediately solved my time-crunch issue. Staff was professional and made sure my needs were met.

  Everything was great. The car was a nice vehicle. It was given to me clean and I hope I returned it clean. It was treated as if it were my very own vehicle. The staff at the west Knox location was super friendly and efficient. Prompt service the moment I walked in. If I am ever in a situation where I need a rental vehicle, enterprise will be my first and only choice . Thank you

  The rental experience went very smoothly & drop-off was the quickest I've seen! The car was clean & well appointed but the make, a 2026 Rogue, was a very uncomfortable car to drive. Driver's seat needed to be adjusted just to enter the car. The driver, male, 6' tall, had to put the seat down & back to lowest position & still his knees hit the steering column, even had to adjust the steering wheel numerous times then readjust all to drive each & every time he drove! Ridiculous! Also had issues w/the handling & shifting of auto transmission related to design of car NOT to maintenance by Enterprise. Rent your car from Enterprise, just don't rent or buy a Rogue!
