  I urge anyone reading this to take photos of the vehicle you are renting before and after these people are trying to screw me out of $2700 for damages I didn't do and run a well known scam on whoever they want if I were anyone reading this I'd stay far far away from this company and it's parent company's take a butload of pictures of everything if you decide to rent from these corrupt individuals they have been sued and caught in the act by the very scam they are running on me in several states yet because they are so big it doesn't matter stop supporting businesses like this that scam people over and over again because they can get away with it

  I called and made a reservation for a car when my car broke down at 4:30pm. They said they would send a car to pick me up. I said ok. My office is about maybe 5 minutes from the rental office. I waited in the parking lot of my office. At 5:15 pm still hadn't got picked up. I called waited on hold for 10 minutes then hung up. 5:45 I called again, finally got someone, and was told I would be picked up shortly, they had my phone number and location. I said " your office is closing soon, you're going to pick me up?" They said yes, that " shortly someone was coming". 6pm came and went, I waited. I called back no one would answer. I called customer service and they said the office is closed and they called and no response. There was nothing no one could do. Had to call my wife who 45 minutes away to leave her work to come and get me. Thanks Enterprise! August 21 - I went to their site they recomended below and I was told someome would reach out to me regarding this complaint and again, NO one has reached out to me. Pretty lame Enterprise. I have used Enterprise, particularly this location, several times over the last 12 years for my personal and corporate use. They seem not to care. Management really needs to know this.

  The customer service at this location has always been phenomenal. This is our forth time renting from this location. We received a great vehicle at a fair rental price. Would highly recommend.

  Borderline harassment! I returned my rental yesterday. This Enterprise called me SEVEN consecutive times around 7:30AM to ruin my sleep on my only day to sleep in. I called back assuming there was some emergency issue with the car that they would be calling over and over. Nope! Just a customer satisfaction survey. Unacceptable

  BRI AT PARKSIDE ENTERPRISE IS AMAZING!!! We got a car from a different location that was not very nice and had a bad smell. We talked to Bri at the Parkside location and she said she would set everything up and swap out for a better car and she did! Got us exactly what we were hoping for, quickly, and with a smile on her face. We appreciate her so much! Thank you, Bri!
