  Recently needed work done on my vehicle and my insurance covered a rental from this location. The agent who helped me was super nice, and she made the entire process last maybe 10 minutes to get the keys. The rental car was very nice, clean and everything worked. Great experience!

  I was completely satisfied with my recent rental experience through Enterprise. The staff at the Parkside Drive location in Knoxville, TN were professional, polite and focused on getting me on my way as quickly as possible. The vehicle I rented, a Grand Cherokee Wagoneer, was in excellent condition and we had zero issues during our quick trip out of state. Returning was as easy as picking up and I was done and on my way within 10 minutes. This location will continue to be my "go-to" rental team. Thanks for everything!

  Needed a rental car and set a reservation. Was told I needed a credit card and Customer Support through a different branch notified me that no credit card was needed because it wasn’t a partnered location with a booked flight attached. Won’t be spending my hard earned money with this company as this would’ve been my first time getting one. The lady was genuinely rude btw and completely cancelled my reservation after blatantly lying.
