  Not sure what I did wrong, but the car cost $80.00 dollars a day, not the $32.00 I expected to pay. So a six day rental cost over $900. Have a Blessed day

  Great selection of vehicles they get you in and out very fast with great service staff are all friendly.

  At both stores, They were very kind to me and very friendly and they made sure that I had what I needed for where I was going The vehicle was very nice and safe! They provided exactly what I needed! And I believe the young man I can't remember his name I think it's AJ but I could be wrong He was absolutely wonderful He took me back to my tractor trailer and he was such a gentleman very polite and kind I'm so grateful for both Enterprise Rent-A-Car places They were exceptional!

  It was a busy day, staff seemed to be in a hurry and just made me feel like a number and not a customer. The car smelled like weed, there was a damaged front facing camera in the vehicle that restricted cruise control... which is not ideal for a long trip. I called and reported it, they discounted my rental and told me that I could stop at another location and trade the vehicle out. Helpful staff once on the phone and seemed caring towards my issue.

  My family and I love renting from Enterprise. The Clinton Highway location has amazing staff. The employee that helped me with picking up my rental was very patient with all of my insurance questions and helped me pick the option that was best for me. The assistant manager Megan followed up with me after my rental was returned and was an absolute sweetheart. These kind of employees really make a positive difference in a company. Such a great team at Clinton Highway Enterprise!
