  Dirty vehicle refused to clean it. And refused any kind of exstention. Due to Fall break the following week. Denied a paying customer just so they can up charge people going on fall break… this enterprise on Kingston pike in Farragut Tn

  Start by saying, I don’t leave reviews. I don’t want anybody to possibly be out of a job due to my inconvenience alone but it’s happening often per there staff. After a terrible experience with the Location on Kingston pike by Bearden. I mean bad…Promoting too young trying to stay relevant can hurt you. It’s an 20/29 age ranged crew. New girl walking around bouncing her hair like Marsha Brady, not a clue in the world what’s going on. They left her up there & she was cooked. Over booked me, and told me day of, “sorry, yea it’s their mess up. You’ll have to call them but we don’t have you anything. Didn’t look, NOTHING. The Farragut location, Mrs Kelsey Johnson and her team, really redeemed the company for me. I travel a great bit. I will be driving the extra whatever in the mornings to rent from Kelsey’s location. I hope she & her team gets some kind of something. They were simply kind. She & team were accommodating to other customers. Hell, the young lady Cassidy, call billing at another company for a customer. And she got it down as well. They just vibe. S/O Farragut location. Stamped #2Gs😎

  Best experience I could have asked for. Even though they were slammed both when picking up and dropping off. They were so efficient and super nice!

  I had such a great experience with Enterprise in Farragut! They are incredibly busy, but they still make sure every person who walks through the door or calls feels valued and taken care of. The staff is courteous, professional, and works quickly to get reservations handled and customers on their way. I was so impressed with the level of customer service and how smoothly everything went. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this location!

  I recently rented a SUV from this Enterprise office. Kelsey contacted me well in advance of my pickup time to inform me that the vehicle I was scheduled for needed last minute maintenance (new tire). There was only a slight delay in getting the vehicle & Kelsey adjusted the time accordingly. When I dropped it off, Kelsey met me in the parking lot & I was on my way in a minute. Kelsey was very kind & professional. I highly recommend the Enterprise office on Kingston Pike in Farragut.
