    Everyone at this location (Farragut, TN) was extremely kind, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the first car I was given, as it had a very strong smoke odor from a previous renter. The staff immediately stepped in and did everything they could to make the situation right. They quickly found me another vehicle that was clean and smelled fresh. I was extremely pleased with the level of customer service I received. All of the ladies at this location were courteous, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. Their positive attitude and willingness to help turned a frustrating situation into a very positive one. I highly recommend this location! Outstanding customer service is hard to find these days, and this team truly exceeded my expectations!

    Had a 3-day rental. I left it at repair shop as they instructed. Repair shop notified them same day vehicle was available for pick up. They waited 5 weeks to pick it up and charged me over $2100. When the issue was brought to their attention, they doubled down and refused to refund. Rented from them for 15+ years. Never again. STAY AWAY. Fraudsters. Suing them.

    The kindest rental car company employees I have ever interacted with. Every employee we interacted with went above and beyond for us. I even showed up on the wrong day to pick up our rental, and they still made arrangements to accommodate us. The vehicle was very clean, well maintained, and smelled brand new! They even checked in while I had the rental to make sure I was satisfied and happy! Highly recommend this location!
