  The ease of the rental process was wonderful to be honest. The variety of cars and the friendliness of the employees. We got there early so the car was still being prepared but they made it good and put us in an upgraded car than what we reserved for the same price. Just an overall great experience in a time of rental need. No hassle was a relief. Thankyou Enterprise!

  Enterprise is so proud of their customer service they claim to go above and beyond for their customers, on their automated call waiting service! If you forget something in a car there is good chance your getting it back with Enterprise!! I might of had to make a fuss 4 times to many but after calling customer service and explained details in less than an hour the store called and said they found my prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses these days people have to be told they will be held accountable before they make it right and that’s not Enterprise’s fault that’s just how sorry people have become.

  Done a couple grand in business with them over the past couple years. The cars aren't always clean or a check engine light comes on during my trip but no big deal. So I gotta figure It out myself. I was satisfied untill my last 2 rentals I had already scheduled this month. First I called for a pick up the day before because my dad is going thru cancer treatments and couldn't help me out. They call me an hour before my departure time to tell me that I'm too far so they're transferring me to the Athens branch. Which informs me Sweetwater is also out of their pickup area but they'll take care of me due to the confusion. So now I'm already an hour late and 45 mins further away from my planned trip which now runs me straight into Knoxville, Cincinnati, and Indianapolis rush hour traffic. It added about another 4 hours on my trip. They didn't transfer my second rental though and I made very clear before I left I would need the drop off service when I returned. I was told they could do that. When I returned the car, which hadn't been cleaned and had no windshield wiper fluid, I was told they now would not be doing the drop of service leaving me left standing with with my darn pet carrier. I am right now hitchhiking the 30 miles home because the only person I know in the area is recovering from chemo and I don't have money for an Uber. Thanks very much Enterprise Farragut! Glad to know where I stand in your priorities.
